The team quicky assed the problems with our foundations, sent the quote promptly and assigned a remediation team a few weeks later. The job took a whole day and the guys were efficient, experienced and did a thorough cleanup when completed. Highly recommended.

The Buildfix team delivered another terrific outcome for our property. George arrived and was clear on what and how he would be going about fixing our wall cracks. He kept the site clean and gave us continuous updates on his progress and was able troubleshoot along the way with ease.

I had very good experience from start to finish from the time Matt came in to inspect surely he is very experienced and know exactly what is require in reasonable cost
Sam and Joseph came on site to do the work very hard to believe guys still out there take pride in there work these boys knew exactly what is required and without making any mess job was done and dusted in two days

After researching for over 12 months I’m so grateful I came across Buildfix in my ‘search’ efforts. My original house slab and the newer extension slab were moving apart, I had no idea and was so unsure of who to contact. Chris from Buildfix came out, explained that subsidence was causing the issues, what they could do to raise, stabilise and prevent further problems and send through their quote. I’m more than pleased with the results and was so happy on the day that an internal door, which I thought had swollen and needed shaving, closed perfectly (lucky I didn’t get it shaved 🤣).
I can’t thank the Buildfix team enough….Irene in the office, Chris who initially came out, Jordan who came to check my pipes etc before they went ahead, Joe and Aiden who carried out the work (no digging, no mess) … you were all wonderful. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Buildfix to anyone who has issues with movement, subsidence etc.

Excellent outcome overall
We had two jobs to get done by the team. The first to inject the foundations went well however the wall crack gaps only partially closed. Not as much as I was hoping for as it impacted a window. The window was still unable to closed fully post this phase of works. The team were professional, did their best and cleaned up afterwards. Damien came in next to fix the cracks and did a great job of it. Overall he did an amazing job and filled all the cracks really well. It lead to a really good overall outcome which I'm pleased with.

Prompt service, courteous staff. Knowledgeable to my needs on the subsidence issues on the foundations of my house. I was kept informed at all times of what was needed done and reported to on all aspects of the repair,
