customer support and customer service non existent unfortunately , whereas say Jalu , Palermo we did an email back or response back , shame as this seems to be a v common issue reported on reddit and other forums , seems the guys just dont care nor bother to reply to any email ..they too busy on tiktok posting videos , just a word of advice guys pls invest in customer success as well

It’s been a week and there’s still no order update, no sign of fulfilment, and the website is currently down. Emails have also been unanswered.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! This was my first purchase with BUJAIRAMI, and it will not be my last!! I am absolutely hooked!! From the BEAUTIFUL packaging, the GENEROUS sized bottles,the AMAZING prices and OF COURSE, the FRAGRANCES!! EVERYTHING is above and beyond, top quality! The fragrances are 'bang on" with the originals, and they LAST! NOW, my only problem is, which fragrance to choose next!? I HIGHLY,HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving BUJAIRAMI a try, you won't be disappointed!! OUTSTANDING!!

I don’t have sensitive skin, but I experienced stinging and burning after using a Bujarami fragrance. Reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one affected. I hope the reaction is temporary, but this is an important warning for anyone considering their products.

I’ve made two purchases from these guys over a period of a month or so and both times the fragrances were sent with a day or so and I received them quite quickly. As for the actual fragrances I really didn’t know what to expect as most of the reviews I found looked like they were paid or they were getting a kickback from posting their review BUT I was pleasantly surprised. The fragrances are very good. They seem a little stronger than some of the ones they are inspired by which I’d definitely a good thing. I find for myself a lot of fragrances fade within about 4-5 hours which is normal but these last a bit longer. Of the four I received they are definitely pretty close to the original and these are value for money too. I blind bought them too as I don’t live anywhere near one of their stores. Hope to visit the Gold Coast one soon and definitely buy some more. Out of all the dupe fragrance stores in Australia I’ve others to be much more long lasting.

Pretty inexpensive and the scents are well made. The only thing to keep in mind is that certain original scents are made very light and Bujairami’s versions are stronger so at times there’s a difference from the original.

Good reviews and overall good fragrances compared to the real fragrances. An improvement needed is taking this beautiful brand across Australia, like to Adelaide and Melbourne.

Idk what happend, but this is my first time buying from them. I am in the uk and always hear reviews on buijarami so I wanted to try. It’s been nearly two and a half months and my package is till not here, I’ve ordered from Australia before and it’s taken maybe a week tops. I keep emailing messaging there WhatsApp and I’ve literally been ignored. I’ve wasted £80 and not received a single word about where my order is or what’s happend to it. Never ordering again!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Be a ware this is not dupe perfume this is a toxic chemical made from Petroleum in India someone should sue this scamer it's cusing headache, irritation, allergy, asthma. Also I have seeing this chamical sold for $1 a bottle on free stand selling in India and Middle East. I don't know where I'd the quality control and fair trading from these scammers how they did allowed this type of toxic poison to enter Australian market.

Unfortunately I can’t rate the perfume that I ordered from 3 weeks and didn’t receive yet,The customer service is one of the worst (I asked them when will I receive the perfume and their precise answer was FEW DAYS , after 2 weeks tried to contact them them via WhatsApp and guess what they read my messages and ignored me ) .

Been to Wetherill Park and Gold Coast store and both experiences were really positive, the staff and owner are really genuine people. For the price point you really can't fault the product either every fragrance I have bought from here has been excellent quality.

I left a bad review yesterday because of a mishap with an order; there was a lot involved that I won’t go into here but the owner of the company reached out to me and was so apologetic. He was truely very lovely and admitted there was a problem that was mishandled. He was totally honest and up front. I feel really bad about my first review now as the owner went all out to rectify the issue and make good on it. I really appreciate the way he reached out to me. His follow up customer service was outstanding to say the least and I am really looking forward to receiving my order now.

Bought a clone of JPG paradise garden and it was about 95% the same as the original. Shipping only took 3 days. Great price.

Wetheril park has one of the rudest woman i've met shes a older lady very disapointed with the staff so i went to the website to order and they sent me two random fragrances and then want me to send them back, (they did send me the ones i ordered after.

This Aussie company was recommended to me by a colleague who had not yet made a purchase, but planned to and had heard good things about them.

I looked through the fragrances on their website, seeing if they had a fragrance close to Who Is Elijah’s beautiful ‘Haze’ (a smoky chestnut fragrance).

Sure enough, Bujairami’s ‘On Fire’ was (at least ‘on paper’) an almost exact match - I later discovered that both fragrances were inspired by Maison Margiela’s ‘By The Fireplace’.

I ordered a bottle on 2nd of May, 2024 and it arrived on 10th of May, a total of 8 days. I received frequent progress updates via the AusPost app.

On opening the well-protected packaging, I discovered (to my surprise!) a beautiful presentation box with a magnetic clasp. Inside was a classy, elegant bottle. (It differed from the one pictured on the website, but I’m certain I’ve seen a caveat about potential bottle changed on their site?)

The atomiser is excellent, with a consistent, metered dose that can be adjusted by the speed with which you depress the button and the distance from which you apply the fragrance. (At least in my experience.)

The quality of the ingredients is evident. The fragrance punches above it’s weight, competing with $150+ fragrances despite it’s pocket-friendly AUD $45 price tag (plus postage).

This particular fragrance was a smokier take on BTF than Haze was, with less emphasis on chestnut and more of the realistic fireplace or campfire smokiness. Such a comforting fragrance. Perfect for colder weather. It has garnered compliments and the same colleague who suggested the company to me told me that he intended to purchase the same fragrance after sampling mine.

The longevity, projection and sillage are impressive. (In an inviting, inoffensive way.)

100% intend to buy again from Bujairami after such a pleasant experience.

Shipping was great and order came in 1 week. The fragrance I bought lasts 8-10 hours on skin. 10/10 would reccommend.
