Not as Expected..
Unfortunately, this is not the same Stephenson base for foaming scrubs I use with the same “foaming bath butter” base. I’ve used a different supplier and it’s the same make but this box from Bulk Apothecary, lists on the box, “The use of personal care in your hands”. Although it is the same brand, I’m not sure why the different box and texture of the base. This base looks thick but it’s oily. Will go back to the other supplier.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Foaming Bath Butter Base did not meet your expectations. While the packaging and appearance can occasionally vary between production runs, the product should still perform as intended, so we understand your concern about the difference in texture.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be sharing your feedback with our team for review. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business, and we’re sorry this experience fell short of your expectations.

Everything was shipped quickly
Everything was shipped quickly. Only thing I would recommend is wrapping the bucket of coconut oil 76 degree. It was hot outside and by the time I received it, it had leaked all over the box. Overall not much oil lost. All other oils and butters arrived safe and sound. Great quality as always. I have always been satisfied with the products for years and will purchase again and again.

Thank you for your continued support over the years, Dee! We’re glad to hear the products arrived quickly and that everything else was safe and sound. We also appreciate you bringing the coconut oil leakage to our attention. Warmer weather can certainly create challenges with products like coconut oil, and your packaging suggestion is valuable feedback for our team. Thanks again for your loyalty and kind words about the quality of our products!

Thank you for your feedback, Donna. We’re glad to hear you’ve been happy with the products, but we’re sorry to hear your current order has not arrived yet. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when you're waiting on supplies.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding shipping costs and transit times. While we work hard to get orders out quickly, carrier delays can sometimes extend delivery times beyond what anyone would like. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your continued support.

Recently purchased several Nature oils
I recently purchased several Nature's Oil fragrance oils from Bulk Apothecary for my melt-and-pour soap projects, and I am very impressed with the quality.
The Juicy Strawberry fragrance was my absolute favorite. The moment I opened the bottle, it smelled exactly like a freshly picked strawberry—sweet, realistic, and delicious. The Fresh Rose fragrance smells just like a rose picked straight from the garden, and the Baby Powder fragrance is clean, soft, and true to its name.
I also purchased Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Patchouli, and Arabian White Musk. All of them have rich, authentic scents. Some are stronger than others, which is actually a benefit when making soap because a little goes a long way.
I appreciate that each fragrance smelled true to what it was supposed to represent, without having an artificial or chemical odor. As a soap maker, finding realistic fragrances is important, and these exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering more scents in the future.
Thank you, Bulk Apothecary, for providing quality products and excellent fragrance options for crafters and soap makers.

Thank you so much, Khadijah! We’re thrilled to hear how well the Nature’s Oil fragrance oils performed in your melt-and-pour soap projects. Your descriptions of the Juicy Strawberry, Fresh Rose, and Baby Powder fragrances are wonderful, and we’re especially glad they delivered the realistic, true-to-life scents you were looking for.
It’s also great to hear that fragrances like Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Patchouli, and Arabian White Musk met your expectations and provided the strength and authenticity that soap makers need. We work hard to offer fragrances that smell true to their names, so your feedback means a lot to us.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review and for choosing Bulk Apothecary. We look forward to helping inspire many more of your creations in the future!
