Sent wrong colour item fleece which would have been obvious. When returned to be swapped was refunded as item had gone back up in price and they wouldn't honour sales price and just swap for correct colour feel like I have been played all along will never use again and would avoid.

Timely delivery.
The products were ordered and as a customer I was informed promptly of the progress of the order from receipt through dispatch process to delivery.

Very disappointed with my order! The white Mirak pumps I ordered were nothing like what I received therefore unable to use them for dance.

Birchwood Casey Tru-oil and Gunstock Wax ordered Saturday 28/12 - delivered Sunday 29/12 i.e. within 24 h at a week-end! Oil/wax not yet used but previous experience suggests excellent products; ordering/delivery certainly excellent!

Anyone can be fab when things go smoothly. However when thing go a little wrong it shows true custome service to sort it with zero stress. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and the return and exchange was so easy. Gold star and will definitely be using again :0)

First class service as usual, items delivered promptly and well packaged and at a great price 👍 unfortunately I ordered what I thought would be the correct size for me but the jacket and the Gillet were too big. Despite this the free returns policy offered by Bushwear made this a minor problem. Look forward to getting the items in a size smaller soon.
