I believe they're just dropshipping. I can find some of the clothes also on Pixie Rebels, Arcana Archive, and of course Ali Express.. so unfortunately everything I ordered is at least 90% polyester, which isn't too surprising considering everything I bought was under $30 (though it was made to look like they were on sale for about 70% off) but I can tell they're at least made better than Shein items. It just took about a month to get because they took several weeks to ship..

Definitely Love the brand!
Definitely Love the brand!! I l ordered from them three times. Love most of their collections. The skull outwear and kiki skirt I ordered are very comfy and have good quality. The cargo bag took three weeks to ship since it's made to order. I can't find any brand like them.

Omg, I love this brand! !!!!!! Their clothes are so special that I can’t find it anywhere. Their shipping is quite slow, but it’s definitely worth waiting.

Lost my package, failed to investigate and took my money
I ordered clothes from their website back in December 2022. I received delivery updates of the packages' whereabouts until late december and once it arrived in my country- updates ceased. I waited a little longer because it was new years and delays were expected but after a few more weeks, I contacted Byunli to get an update on what was going on. They said they'd investigate and get back to me but nothing. My package was lost, which is not surprising if something is being delivered by Evri. Anyone from the uk will know it's not physically possible to talk to a human if you have issues with your packages. I follow up with Byunli for months and said each time they'll check in with Evri to see what happened with my package and get back to me. They never did, never offered a resolution or refund and when i did finally ask for a refund, they ignored me. That's £130 I won't see again and has put me off buying anything from them in the future
