I really like Y2k style and grunge pants and jeans are always my go to outfit. I really love their jeans and baggy pants. ordered from them many times over this winter. Love it !

This is a scam website - misadvertised clothing, no customer service & atrocious quality.

I would give them zero stars if possible.The first package they sent was not delivered even though they insisted it was. They agreed to send another one which they claimed was delivered, but the post office said they couldn’t deliver it because of counterfeit postage. I would not order anything from this company!

I ordered a $95 jacket from them and it came later than expected so I wanted to return it unused and unopened with tags still on and everything! I contacted them for a refund and shipped it back to the address they provided me with…no refund or response from them and that was all the way back in October.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. The items that arrived were an extremely cheap version of what was listed on their website. Everything was 100% polyester and poorly printed. I requested a return, and byunli never got back to me. I went through my credit card company, and only then did byunli respond, saying the items arrived exactly as expected. My card company was completely unhelpful, and in the end, byunli kept all my money. Absolutely horrible experience.

LOVEEEEEEE!!!! WOULD DEFINITELY buy more during the winter!!! just got two pieces of summer clothes and one mystery box; they look stunning. Will definitely wearing them for party.

Very slow shipping. Bought on May 27 and arrived on June 16. I bought their mystery box and waited all this time for a low quality, drop shipped shirt. This box was not a deal if I waited weeks and received a low quality, not so appealing top. Do not recommend.

Scammer. They took over weeks to send out orders & bought mine on June 6 and they still haven’t shipped out (June 15 now). Doesn’t respond to their emails. You can go to their social media and multiple people are asking them to ship in their comment section. They also steal from indie Chinese brands and dropship fakes. I have to emailed to the real brands, they confirmed that byunli is stealing from them.

Bought it 4 times now, everything is good so far. All the pieces are so cute. Their pants are definitely my favorite. Will order more soon for the summer

like 90% of this website is dropshipped taobao, when i ordered from here it took 2-3 months to came and the top felt very low quality, found out later that the exact same top was available on taobao for around 1/8th of the price. never ordering from here agian.

Ordered for my daughter and she really love those pieces, the customer service is great when I ask for the sizing, because their size seems small. I think the shipment could improve more.

I placed the order from them three times already, the shipping is kinda slow, but i don't know where i can find those indie slow fashion brand when the zara, temu and shein is so popular nowadays. It's hard to find this kind of brand. I know them through instagram, will continue to order more cute clothes from them.

Only one of my items arrived, and they haven’t gotten back to me after my emails.

Clothes are cute but the orders take months to get here and contacting them is so difficult. I ordered two packages with 5+ items and the first one came with a missing 100$ item. I contacted them 6 times over the span of two months no response until the second one came in and was missing another 80$ item. They sent the second item (only because i contacted so many times and sent proof of it). The first one apparently had a color problem with batch of items i wanted so they didn't send mine out, but didn't contact me of plan to send it out in the future. They mentioned the pants and getting a new batch but not when and when i asked i haven't got a response for weeks, i asked again and no response still, just like before. Its extremely frustrating and advise you be skeptical before buying to avoid problems like these.

Clothes are soooo adorable; definitely my favorite piece s in my wardrobe. Will definitely order from them again. Also, I was not sure about my sizes, the customer services responded so fast. love it !

cute designs. Unique style. The tops I ordered fit me so well. The material of the pieces are good. Definitely will come back and check out some new collections. I love how each item feels like a work of art.

I ordered from them many times, and the package came here in 8 days to 2 weeks. But it's totally worth of waiting. But i do hope their shipping can get faster tho in the future. Two piece Top is so cute, and skull outwear is definitely the cutest piece I have ever owned. Cant fine the aesthetic anywhere from other places.

Website mentions a way shorter ship time than what actually happens. It took 2-3 months for my package to arrive and never got an email response regarding the packages. This would've been fine, but im being fr two of the three items I ordered come nothing close to what the image was on the website. The skirt is completely see through, and the tank top I ordered is a completely different design than what I was supposed to get.

tldr don't buy from here, you're better off buying the same item off aliexpress tbh

I believe they're just dropshipping. I can find some of the clothes also on Pixie Rebels, Arcana Archive, and of course Ali Express.. so unfortunately everything I ordered is at least 90% polyester, which isn't too surprising considering everything I bought was under $30 (though it was made to look like they were on sale for about 70% off) but I can tell they're at least made better than Shein items. It just took about a month to get because they took several weeks to ship..
