Ordered $95, nothing was ever delivered and now there is no working phone or website. Must be a SCAM.

My order was over $150. Never got it and now the site is gone. I was definitely coned. Writing this review to make sure no one else has this happened. This is not a trustworthy company ZERO STARS if I could

The slipcovers are not satisfactory. Contacted company they said to send pictures which I did. After that no communication after several emails. Went to my credit card company and it in their hands. Cabrexa has till 2/2/24 to respond.

Like other 1-star reviews, this is a scam posing as an online business. I had to contest the charge with my bank and was refunded the amount this scam took from my account. Furthermore, I filed a complaint with the FTC hoping to have this scam exposed and the website removed.

Ordered 12/4/23, said it woll ship in 3 to 7 days. No order received. No response to email, live chat and phone number not valid. Disputing charges with my bank. Do Not order!!!!

I never received my order. It was supposed to be shipped 3-7 days and I ordered Nov.23/23. After repeated attempts to find out what is going on, the email is no longer in service. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS SCAMMED ROYALY…

Being generous with the 1 star. Ordered loveseat cover 11/13/23, like others my confirmation stated shipping in 3-10 days. Emailed them 12/2/23 checking on the order status, received email back that they’d had overwhelming response and were back logged but my order should be shipped in a week. 1/5/24 I sent another email asking for status update since it has almost been 2 months. The response I got was asking for the order number, which was in the subject line of the email. That was when I found all the reviews pretty much stating the same issue. I’m disputing the charge with my bank now. I’ll be checking receipts first from now on

Ordered chair covers in mid-November. Cabrera said we would receive the product in 3-10 business days. They never came. They even said they would be sure to get them to us before Christmas. Now in January, no product, no communication, and no refund. We called our credit card company to dispute the charge since they never produced a product. Buyer beware. It is a scam company.

Did not receive my order and when I asked about it someone replied they would check. Heard no more from them, so sent another message and got no reply.

ZERO!!!!! Website states easy returns. Item doesn’t fit my couch but you will never hear from them again!! They will take your money and run! Shame on me for not reading reviews!!!! Shame on Cabrexa for being fake and thieves!!

I, like some others who have written reviews on here, wish I had read this before ordering. I ordered slip covers on Nov.21st. Received a confirmation email and then nothing. My credit card was charged on Nov.22, 2023. I've sent several emails and received no replies.

They will not fulfill my order or give me a refund. Their phone is the phony number and their text ability is defunct. They will not answer me from email about anything.BBB next.

I've disputed their charge, but this store is "permanently closed" - their website is still up and you can still order!!! I am assuming they've moved on to a different scam. Is there no way to shut these people down?

Ordered 10/18 and charged. It's been 6 weeks and after numerous requests, I've heard nothing.

I wish I had read reviews on this company before ordering. I placed an order on 11/2/23. It said it would ship between 3-10 days. When I didn't receive it, I emailed to check the status. They sent me a couple of emails with what seems to be fake tracking info and told me that it has shipped and "I will see it in 7 days." Now, after several emails requesting an update or a refund, they stopped replying.

My gosh, I should have looked here 1st before buying. I have tried sending messages. There is no one to talk to. no phone #. Everyone else got a message saying they are over whelmed with orders. I ordered Nov. 3rd!
I looked up the address in Wyoming it is under some other name other than Cabrexa. After Christmas I am contacting the bank for fraud. This is terrible!!!!!

My situation is exactly as everyone else. I ordered a chair cover early November & have received nothing. Excuses & empty promises.

I have had an order delivered. Not all turned up . The product is low quality the pieces do not fit paid good money . I have contacted company to return and refund I have had no response. I am not happy have sent plenty of emails still waiting

I placed an order on November 4 and only received one small portion of the large order I had placed. I have emailed them several times and no one responds. I have tried using their online Chat feature and no one responds even though it states someone is Active. I am going to go to my credit card company and attempt to get this charge removed and my money back as this is very upsetting.
