SCAM!!!! Do not order from this company!!!
Ordered 2 recliner slipcovers on Nov 11, 2023. Never received as of 11.30.23, cannot get a tracking number, website does not allow for any tracking and customer service # does not work 610-616-3369.

What a shady company!!! All over the website it says easy returns. I've emailed 5 times for how to return. They have asked for photos (supplied), shipping label (supplied), and order number. They never supplied an order number, they took 3 times as long to deliver as was noted and now they are not answering me at all so I still can't return and get a refund. Their contact phone number isn't a valid number! I will be reposting this review several times per day and all over the web until they respond.

Horrible experience! Covers don't fit and they are not providing a refund. Customer service doesn't reply to emails and they don't answer the phone. I have been calling the number on their website.

Horrible!!! Fortunately Apple refunded me and they’re fighting with them. Such a scam!!

Never received the chair cover I ordered over a month ago. SCAM company. Takes your money and no product gets delivered. Buyer beware!! Still waiting to hear back about the status of my order.

I received the two cushion recliner couch covers. They don’t fit and this company still won’t get back to me about getting my return label and refund.
They had me send them pictures and I did. I want my $61 back. But I sent a bunch of emails and they are ignoring me

The order was paid for but not delivered. Many enquiries for delivery and then a refund, over several months, were made but no responses (except one) were given. The one response was to reassure me that 'lessons has been learnt and the delivery was being prioritised'. Clearly it was a delaying tactic as nothing happened.

Just get excuses about non delivery. Companies House say firm dissolved?? It is definitely a scam.

Honestly they should get any stars. I order my stuff 27 days ago and yes I sent email I have yet to receive anything. Plz report them to BBB. THIS IS. Fraud. The phone number doesn't work either. Thank God I belong toa credit union getting my money back ..

So glad to read this before I placed an order. Their products look awesome, but the ad popped up on Facebook. So sad, that many companies that advertise like this are scams. Sorry for everyone that paid and didn't their order, but glad I decided to check before I ordered this evening.

I placed 2 orders yesterday BEFORE reading your reviews. I immediately emailed to contact @ cabrexa.com to CANCEL both orders. I thought it a little strange when my orders showed FREE Shipping....... to Canada???? Can you suggest who I can file this complaint with? Ontario or in Wyoming?

Ordered over a week ago and have not received any updates. Reading all these reviews makes me think I've been scammed.

I ordered & paid approx $170 Australian for dining chairs covers & lounge cover to receive NOTHING I have sent them many emails it’s been over 6mthsThey have responded only once to say they will resend me a tracking number I have sent over 10-12 emails I have demanded a full refund as I had no choice but to buy new chairs I warn anybody DO NOT EVER TRUST OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS THEIFS Why do they just ignore me !!! So disappointed it’s a lot of money 💰!!!

Very bad experience. Ordered cover chairs , paid, never received anything, tried to contact them several tirés and never got any answers. If I could give zéro stars, I would. Ordered early November 2022.

I have to give one star, but really want to give no star review! I wish I had read reviews on this dodgy seller before buying! Bought chair covers off them in early June & still not received them & I’ve contacted them without getting a reply…
So please do as I say & not as I have done! Don’t buy from them, such a bogus website!
I think Bravlee might be another website they are running, their website is set out the same. So be aware please.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Prices are too good to be true because they are thieves! I ordered four cushion covers. Only two showed up, and one of them wasn't a cover I ordered. I tried reaching out several times for customer service and received no responses.
