I ordered and paid for two sets of chair covers in November 2022.
They have never arrived and I have sent multiple emails. Not happy :(

Scam scam scam took my money. Did not send product. Blocked my emails as soon as I asked for a refund.

Placed an order start of February 2023, 6 months later and numerous emails, still no product. Get sent apology reply and order being investigated and dispatched but nothing.

I’m still waiting for my order placed in May 2023. Cannot contact company. They just stole my money with no product

SCAMMED. Don’t waste time or money. 6 mths and no product. $100 lost. Even sent scam tracking number. BEWARE!!

Literally stole my money! Never sent the product. But kept communication with me until its too late for my credit card to cancel then just ignored me... Dont trust this company. They are a scam!!!!!

This is a terrible company. Ordered in Dec 2022. Never received my merchandise, they never responded to emails, live chat doesn’t work and phone is always busy. My CC company advised that if you don’t have your order within 30 days, contact your CC to be covered. I waited too long. Don’t waste your money. There are other valid suppliers. Wish I knew who to contact legally.

I ordered a chair cover in December 2022 and was charged immediately.

Still waiting for my order from 3/12/2022. Only bot responses and then even they have stopped. Took the money but no goods or communication about shipment. Don’t use- this company is a scam!!

This company is a scam. They take your money, don't deliver and refuse to respond to emails. Their phone number is always magically busy and their Live Chat doesn't function. I have been waiting for 2 & 1/2 months, and not a word from them. Absolutely do not do business with them.

I made two separate purchases of $53.89 and $48.49 on 12/3/22 and have never received my purchases. This company is a scam and do not waste your money, time, or energy. One email for shipping came to me on 1/13/23 for the $48.49 order, but that still shows as not found out of Yanwen.

I had my credit card company investigate this company and they refunded my money when I told them that I never received my order and that it was a scam. Today, I received an email from the company saying that they had been closed and are now re-opened for business! Do not buy from them! Stephanie is an AI and the whole business is a scam!! By the way, they have multiple business addresses too.

I ordered December 4 2022 and still haven't received anything with little to no response three months later. I got a response in February that promised a delivery the following week but nothing appeared.
The online chat is not monitored and automated responses go nowhere. Don't order from this company.

Zero star was not an option available. Ordered Nov 22 and still waiting. Got confirmation email saying dispatched and delivery 12 days. Get the same response each time I email from Stephanie..useless. Requested refund. Not hopeful. Don't waste your money. Scam

ZERO STARS!! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered chair covers and Christmas cushions in September 2022a week apart. I received a totally different pattern and colour of the chair covers and contacted them right away. Had to take pictures both on and off the chair, and send a screenshot of my order, they were organising a replacement. I never received the Christmas cushion covers at all!!! No matter how many emails I send, I only ever receive the automated response from "Stephanie", who I'm sure isn't even an actual person!! It is clear they're never going to arrive, will flood their inbox with emails every day just to be annoying!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I don't know how they have not yet been shut down!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
