I placed an order from the Canadian website the Super Cover Canada and later found it’s the same as Cabrexa. I am waiting since December and still nothing, no update, no item. They do not answer any email. Do not buy from this place!

I ordered 2 x Pillow Covers back in October 2022 from Cabrexa that I never received. After sending Cabrexa numerous emails, and Cabrexa coming back to me that the Pillow Covers were on their way I have still not received them to this day.
If you are thinking of buying from Cabrexa don't waste your money, they are a rip off.

Covers in Nov. 2022 never received my order. Contacted customer service several times was told that they were looking into it and never resolved. I have tried to contact many times still as of 1-26-23 no seat covers. Please don’t waste your money you won’t get your order. My next step I am contacting better business bureau.

I'm not happy with material and color of chair covers, tried contacting company to return items the next day. I have been unsuccessful in contacting company no matter how much I try. There's an auto messaging system that gets you nowhere and still to this day have not heard back from the company. I feel this company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Ordered a sofa cover
Ordered a sofa cover, which was supposed to be delivered in the beginning of November. Still not her in January and no answer to chat or last email. The last email I received, said that order was fulfilled and that it should arrive shortly but the are still nog here almost 2 moth later and now there is now answer to my emails or chat. I wish I had checked reviews first!

My chair cover finally came after 3 weeks of waiting, because it was shopped from China. It was not at all what I expected. Way to thin and frail looking. It took me 6 tries to request a refund slip to mail it back. Now I am getting email that they need a picture of the product on my chair!!! What crooks! 100 % guarantee, I will continue until I get my return slip and money back.

I ordered the cover for my recliner sofa about three weeks ago. I just got them today. I expected them a lot sooner and every time I emailed asking where they were Stephanie responded quickly saying they were shipped. I was getting doubtful but it has arrived and I am very satisfied. It looks great.

This company has no problem billing your credit card but they have great difficulty sending the goods. "Stephanie" sends a reply to my inquiries and promises to send seat covers this week, but no shipping notice arrived. This is a sham company and I wish I had done my investigations earlier. So much for 3-10 day delivery. It's not even 3-10 weeks!!!

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my items and still waiting, it appears that they are still in china waiting to be picked up by the carrier.

I ordered chair covers on sale directly from their website. It said they would be delivered in 6-8 business days. After 11 days I emailed asking when I would be receiving shipping information. “Stephanie” responded saying they had been experiencing difficulty but that it would be shipped the next day and delivered within a week. After a week I hadn’t even received a shipping notification. I emailed again; no response. I emailed another time demanding a full refund; no response. We were able to make a fraud claim with our credit card company and get a full refund from them.

Have taken my money but no believable response as to where my order is! Has been two months and I have repeatedly asked for a refund. This company are absolutely a bunch of crooks. Don’t order from them. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.

I ordered chair covers on September 9, 2022. Payment was processed immediately. Shipment notification was sent on September 16, 2022. The "tracking number" continues to show "can't be found.
Contacted Cabrexa on October 3, was told on October 4 that I would receive my order the following week. On October 25 I sent a follow-up request on the whereabouts of my package, and advising I'd dispute the charges if I didn't receive my package by October 28.
November 2, 2022 I sent an email requesting they refund my credit card for the package that was never sent. I received a response stating there were quality issues, they needed to get new tools to production, etc., and that the order has been shipped and that I'd receive it next week. I replied saying I believed this was a lie, and to refund my credit card, they again assured me that my package has been shipped and I'd receive it next week, and that a tracking number would be issued as soon as it was available (so, more lies and contradictions). I have all the email documentation to support what I've just written. At this point, I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge.
I sincerely hope people check online reviews before trusting this company.

Another disappointed customer had previously purchased and good covers ,but this last order covers did not fit and very poor quality contacted them 3 times , as no return label included with the order and no response to request for refund diabolical customer services will claim back monies on section 75 ,but complaining to Trading Standards also in fact anyone who I can, to get the word out there Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY .!!!!!!!!!’no purchase!!!!!!!!!!!
