They were very good when it came to booking what I needed for my holiday however when my dad suddenly passed away and I needed to cancel my booking they immediately asked me to pay 25% of the whole price. They do not have any compassionate terms in their policy. I was able to have accomodation and flights reimbursed but not the camper. Just a kick in the guts while already grieving.

I really liked the Campervan Finder service. James was the person who helped me, he helped me a lot choosing the best option for my trip, he was very patient showing me all the options and all the requirements that I asked for. My trip is at the end of December, so far I have liked everything, I will leave another review when I finish my trip :)
