Incredible experience. The booking process was very easy, and they confirmed it the next day. Both the pickup and return of the car were very simple. The car was very modern and comfortable. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience.

Indie Campers has hands down the worst customer service ever.
1. They sent me a wrong pickup address, which cost us an hour of extra driving. Then they said I'm late for my pickup and said they can't wait too long, and would have to close the pickup location if I don't rush.
2. There was no way to contact the dropoff location directly for an early drop off. Had to contact the Indy camper customer care, and it took me to three attempts to make sure I can drop it off early.
3. While picking up the indie campers representative at the pickup location showed me how to start the generator. And it ran for about a minute or so, and they ended up charging me for that

All the process was great. Booking, taking the car, the car itself. Wonderful. Perfect.
One tip- please add a description of whats in the car before.

Picking and dropping up were quite easy. The trip was great. Personal staff really easy going.

Es ist keine Kommunikation möglich. An Lösungen oder Buchungen war man nicht interessiert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, alle Angebote die wir angefragt haben waren Fake.

I'm using Imoova since 2022, most of my relocations I did in Australia, but some of them I did as well in Europe. This is game changer if you want to travel across countries. Customer services is really responsive and I'm recommending it to everyone. I think this was my around 20th relocation. Unfortunately now fuel prices are rising so it will be harder to find some good deals.

The trip itself was great! This was our first experience (My 2 older brothers and I in an RV) and we had the best time. The process (mostly from the Indie Camper side) was disorganized and confusing. At this point (3/28), the Indie costs have not been returned as promised so this was not $1/day as advertised. We also felt like Imoova, rather than helping, just pointed a finger at Indie and told us to take it up with them (Phoebe was the name on the emails). This was not received well and definitely was not helpful.

Read the small print very carefully before booking. If the campervan company cancels your booking you will not be refunded your costs. They say have travel insurance but that may not cover them either. I had a bad experience.

Hice una reserva después de haber consultado con ellos si era reembolsable, si se descontaban de el resto de gastos del viaje, etc.
Después de estar conforme formalice mi reserva. Cuando llegamos a recoger el vehículo nos encontramos con que no había ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre, la empresa de la recolocación nos solucionó el problema después de casi 5h, con otro vehículo diferente al que teníamos en un inicio (en el viaje teníamos que coger un ferry).
Tuvimos que gestionar todo de nuevo con la empresa de la propia caravana, que si nos daba soluciones.
La respuesta de Imoova mientras tanto solo era a través de algún correo y se limitaban a decir que si que había una reserva y que era problema de la recolocación.
Al entregar el vehículo y dejar todo cerrado con la empresa de la caravana tuve que gestionar con ellos varias reservas para días posteriores porque habían abierto un montón de reservas a mi nombre, en las que yo no había recogido el vehículo porque obviamente ya no estaba ni en el país, ni había hecho ni tenía constancia, pero que si no me encargaba de gestionar y cancelar me cobrarían.
Después de todo esto me puse en contacto con ellos para exigirle primero explicaciones y después que me mandasen una hoja de reclamaciones para poner una queja formal. La última respuesta, siempre por correo electrónico fue para preguntarme porque quería una hoja de reclamaciones. Argumente mis motivos y volví a solicitarla y no volvieron a contestarme.
Pondré una queja formal ante Consumo igualmente.
El servicio no tiene ningún sentido, puedes gestionarlo directamente con las empresas de recolocación, son un mero intermediario que se embolsa un dinero sin dar un servicio correcto, sin solucionar los problemas que puedan surgir, no eres capaz de contactar con ellos salvo a través de correo electrónico y con un horario limitado.
Pésima experiencia que no recomendaría a nadie, me siento estafada por ellos.
I completed a 5-day motorhome relocation from Hobart to Melbourne with Britz, and it was a fantastic experience. The vehicle was almost new, very clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making the trip comfortable and convenient.
The pickup process in Hobart was smooth, and the service provided by Britz was very good. Everything worked perfectly, and the motorhome was easy to drive.
Overall, I am very happy with the experience. A great and affordable way to travel. Highly recommended! 🚐👍
