Good price, but required refill documents are annoying
I just ordered a refill on a prescription previously filled with CDD. The process was pretty smooth, except they asked for all the documents previously submitted, including ID, prescription, and a canceled check for payment. Apparently they don't keep this info on file? A bit annoying. Still, the price is good compared to the US.

I've used CDD for a couple years now and am very satisfied with the service and products. The customer service team are very professional and helpful; they always take care of any concerns I have. I highly recommend CDD to others in the USA that are overpaying at their local pharmacies.

Placed an order on 03/23/2026 Still haven't received on 04/10/2026. Won't receive until 05/05/2026
Placed an order on 03/23/2026. Price was great for my med. My Dr. said to try Canada Drugs Direct. The whole process was long. Had to check in multiple times to make sure my prescription and payment was received. Was told that the system needed to update as they hadn't received anything yet. Communication was great. Always got a live person. Long process doesn't work for me or other family members I had referred.

Shipping time is always much greater…
Shipping time is always much greater than they claim. I ordered VERY important medication more than two months ago, they have sent a replacement that will still take another month or more to get to me. In addition, I cannot preemptively order the medication again to start the process now to prevent a delay or to prevent the risk of running out AGAIN!

I was unable to upload my prescription…
I was unable to upload my prescription but the chat offered me to contact a human after being unable to provide a response for "How to upload a prescription". The person that helped me was wonderful, helped me with uploading through the chat as all previous attempts with different files extensions were classified as "over the limit." She also offered the use of my check account so I was able to complete the payment with her.
