All of my questions were answered in much more detail than I expected - very helpful.

My wife and I always get timely reminders for refills on our critical drugs and better than estimated deliveries. I work crazy hours and have used the chat support 2 or 3 am with very efficient and professional help. I don't get this kind of customer service by phone or chat anywhere else. Critical drug deliveries are more than a simple convenience, they are a necessity. Thanks customer serice.

"Chat" was ok but still did not receive Lumigan. Yesterday, 10/4/26 my e-mail stated "package" was expected.(after days before saying 2 days, 1 day, etc.) It never appeared. Obviously your "service" leaves a lot to be desired. What service? I'm 3 months short of my 98the birthday - do you think the eye drops will arrive while I'm still here? Please, find a way to deliver the drops or refund me. Thank you.

Always have a great experience with CDD! Get some of my medications much less expensive than thru my insurance. Highly recommend, especially if you order when they have discounts/coupon specials!

Canada Drugs Direct are very easy to do business with. The communication is fabulous and agents very helpful.Ordering is very straight forward online but they will happily assist you over the phone.

When I placed my order I thought I had properly applied it. But, it didn't show. I went on the chat service and the credit was applied.

Although the online order screen is a bit misleading (showed waiting for prescription and payment pending although images for each was submitted) the chat option with a customer service rep provided clarity.
