“I recently tried the chicken shawarma at this place, and it was absolutely fantastic! The meat was incredibly fresh and juicy, and the sauce was perfectly balanced, adding just the right amount of flavor. Definitely a must-try for shawarma lovers!”

I ordered from Caprinos on 25th November through their app and never received my food. I was first told the system was down after contacting them an hour after making the order when I realized it was taking extremely long. I was advised “it hadn’t gone through, then later told it had “just come through,” after 20 additional minutes but by that point I no longer needed it and requested a refund. The staff members on different occasions of contacting them was rude, reluctant to take my refund details, and two of them separately even hung up on me. Over the next 10 days I was repeatedly told to call back for a manager who was never available. When my partner finally spoke to a manager in person, we were later told the order had been delivered, despite us receiving nothing. After 2 weeks, I still have no refund.

Luke warm overcooked pizza delivered, with 2 boxes of hot wings again one overcooked, and one not cooked long enough. No point phoning to complain, you can see the problems with just your eyes without even tasting. Thankfully I haven't been to this place in over a year, since the last time I had some cold pizza delivered so It won't hurt to much to bypass this place again.

food is QUICK and good prices, everytime i go im satisfied!

This was the first restaurant that I have used that delivered HOT food. It wasn't tepid or warm like every other pizza place I've tried. The donner fries, garlic bread and pizza were all, juicy, succulent, very fresh, tasty and Hot. A great find. The delivery man was very friendly and nice as well. They were a bit late so had decided to give me extra goodies. Very kind of them. I will definitely be using again

Worst experience EVER!!
So i went to the Maxi Priest concert last night (Fri 14.11.25) at the Roadmender in Northampton, it was a great concert that band is incredible anyway after i missed the 2245 bus home i had a 1hr wait for the 2355 so went to get pizza. When i walked in the young asian guy greeted me beautifully took my order n everything seemed fine, i did turn my nose up a bit that the place wasnt spotless all tables needed immediate cleaning as did the floors!, i asked him to let me use the loo as i cdnt now hold it for 2hrs till i got home, he kindly did let me go through to the back, WELL i CANNOT UNSEE the shlt that i saw back there!! Please god! There was a big fat 'dirty unclean indian dude sat on what looked like a box freezer or some sort of shelf or cupboard shoes n socks off legs crossed, PICKING HIS FLIPPING NASTY CRUSTY TOES! There was another dirty little man sat arms length infront of him folding boxes, the floor was absolutely disgusting food n all kinds of shlt everywhere i literally cdnt find a clean path to the loo and everything was disgracefully dirty. I knew i should have cancelled my order at that point but i was busting for the loo, which was not even as bad as the kitchen, it was the cleanest bit of the shop! Anyway, i really should ave said something n cancelled my order but the pizza was in the oven by time i came out the loo, i ate a few slices n knew suttun werent right, WHY DID I DO THAT I dnt understand why i ate it, i shudda told them how disgusting the place was n that the guy should not be picking his toes in a food environment! N that that the kitchen area should be hygienically cleaned! i packed up n went back to the bus station, say 15 min walk if that, was stood waiting for my bus, had 28 mins to wait 10 mins into my wait, all of a sudden, i needed to sit down, dizzy, hot, so went n sat in the bus station, omfg i felt like i was gonna faint! It was awful, then I ABSOLUTELY OUT IF NOWHERE, THREW MY GUTS UP! it came out of nowhere! I vomited the pizza right back out my tummy! I did feel better after i sicked it up, at which point my bus came, i managed to get on but myself just felt really weak after the vomitting, i got home safe had a shower n went bed. I WILL NEVER eat there again and today will report them to the food standards agency. I feel a bit shaky today, just been taking it easy but my tummy 'still' aint right yet. Ive just had some natural youghurt n ginger blended it into a smoothy n hopefully thatll help settle it. Effing NIGHTMARE! My family keep on tellin me to stop eating outside shyte. Ima need to start cooking at home! I hate cooking! Oh well. I wouldnt go northampton caprinos if i were any of you!

I will stick with Dominos. Last two times ordered delivery has been awful. Culminating in the order of
two pizzas today from the store in Frome which took an hour and a half on a Monday night and I am still waiting.

The staff in the Caprinos in Salisbury were very accommodating and helpful and the food was so tasty and such a good price.

Most delicious Pizzas I’ve ever tried in my life. The doner heatwave and shawarma blast is my favourite, I am ADDICTED! The customer service is so great too really friendly guys. Even sang me happy birthday while handing me the pizza when it was my birthday. The pizzas are super cheap and high quality, I would highly recommend!

I went to the newly opened Macclesfield Caprinos and had one of their Caprino specials. It was easily the best take away pizza Ive ever had. In fact I'm here now ordering an Asian Classic.

Food is fresh

Well, that wasn’t what I expected or paid for. This is our first order and was excited to at least have plant-based options. We thought at this price it was going to be on-par with Dominoes or Pizza Hut and it turned out it wasn’t even the standard of Trojan Pizza. Here’s a list of issues for our £24 pizza, that was based on the standard Meatless Feast, but with additional toppings:
- some standard and extra paid for toppings were missing, soya chicken and vegmince
- the entire toppings were frazzled and hard as if being under a heater or grill
- the cheese was non-existent and no option to select if we can have more
- the tomato base was non-existent, possibly evaporated in the heat
- the base of the dough was soft, wafer thing and floppy (think it was cooked but tough to tell)
- the crusts were crunchy and crispy
- no options to change the pizza size, choose a different base, choose a half-and-half with plant-based options, etc.

The curly fries were okay.

This was £24!!! We were expecting a similar quality to Dominoes at that price. Absolutely shockingly bad.

Ordered loaded fries and bbq chicken wings with curly fries, waited 20 minutes before returning, as I’ve walked into the shop I seen the attendant picking up salad with bare hands before serving it to me, when asked for a fork they told me they don’t have any and that they have asked manager to order some. As I was talking to the attendant they were placing their hands next to their mouth.
I think it’s unacceptable that they serve this way and disgusting

Excellent food told id get free brownie or cookie if I leave a review

Adrian was lovely, had a nice little friend group that he introduced us to. Mangos were lovely and only cost 67 cents and a nice barbershop next door and the pizza was freshly gooned on 10/10 experience with no uncs.

Ordered pizza at 3am. Was spot on. The pizza was absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional. The delivery man was lovely and understanded our criteria. The order also came 20 minutes early!!

Overall I will be back here again very soon as this was amazing pizza and everything was perfect so thank you all very much 💗
