Where do I start.

He won’t be open much sooner, he will have to close his business and set up a new one like he has 3 times already . (Looking at his company’s house) he begged us to take him to court when we couldn’t return the car, and it would have just cost us money for him to only dissolve his corrupt little business.

1. We went to a view a car , turned up and it had a flat tyre straight from the get go. He said it had been stood for a while and just needs filling up after I asked if it was punctured. He filled it up and we took it for a test drive, literally was going down as we was driving it around and was nearly flat again by the end of the viewing . He aid he would change it when we went picking it up. (He didn’t) he filled it up and when we got home it was nearly flat again. We had to put a new tyre on and he said he would send money which he didn’t.

2. Clear MOT is fake. Don’t trust his services or MOTs, they’re all done of his dodgy mate who “fixes” the cars when they have issues before they sell them when you report issues.

3. The engine had a rattle , he said it was exhaust manifold and would be fixed on pick up. He didn’t fix this. We had to take it back and he didn’t let us return , but said he would book it into the garage and deliver it to us. He delivered it to us , and the noise went away for a few weeks but came back worse than ever , it started sounding like an old deisel rather than a bmw petrol. We took it to our own garage and they basically said it was timing chain even though they had receipts that it had been done. There was also oil leaks , fluid leaks , and another engine issue. But when they sold us the car they kept all the receipts and service history “by accident” and said they would post which they didn’t. Our garage basically said we need to return it or get rid of it . We paid 6500 for it.

We asked to return but he was rude and said wasn’t going to happen , I would expect this off a private sale but not a business with warranty. He begged us to take him court , but it would have been waste of time and effort.

I then asked does he want to buy it back, and he said let me think about it.
He then offered us 2.5k as “ he knew there were things that needed to be done to it and spend money”

Obviously , and you sold it to use like this. He would have only bought it back for 2.5k and sold it for 6500 again without fixing any issues.

He’s the worse crook I’ve ever met, do not buy a car off him, and keep looking if he sets up any more business on company house to not buy from another he sets up .

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Car Connect NW. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

When I viewed the car, Khayam was extremely confident that it was in excellent condition, had been fully checked, serviced, MOT’d and was ready to drive away. I purchased the vehicle on 21 December 2025 for £10,995 in cash.

Just two days later, the engine management light came on and the car developed a strange noise from the driver’s side. I immediately contacted Khayam and sent him photos and videos, as requested. After reviewing them, he advised me not to drive the vehicle, so I didn’t. Fortunately, I still had my old car, but I had to insure it again at additional expense because the newly purchased vehicle was unsafe to use.

It then took until 15 January for him to come back to me. Despite previously telling me not to drive the car, he then instructed me to drive it to him. He added some DPF cleaner and replaced the driveshaft, but the underlying issue clearly wasn’t resolved.

Just five days later, the car broke down completely. The turbo failed and the DPF failed, leaving me without a vehicle. When I contacted Khayam, he was dismissive and even put the phone down on me.

To protect myself, I arranged for the car to be recovered to Jaguar Vertu for an independent inspection in case court action became necessary. This cost me over £500 out of my own pocket.

Khayam then suggested deleting the DPF and replacing only the turbo. I refused because removing the DPF is illegal. He then told me he had ordered both a new turbo and a new DPF. After six weeks of repeatedly chasing him for updates, he suddenly asked me what parts needed ordering. When I reminded him that he had already told me they had been ordered, it became obvious that this simply wasn’t true.

Despite selling me a car that was clearly not roadworthy, he refused to accept a rejection of the vehicle or refund my money.

The car was left broken down on a side road in Nelson while waiting to be recovered. I made it very clear that it was not driveable, yet he arranged for a stranger to collect my keys. My partner, who works nearby, later found my car abandoned in a lay-by for two days, meaning someone had driven it despite knowing it was unsafe. I had to arrange yet another recovery to stop it from being towed away. Again, there was no apology and no acceptance of responsibility.

In the end, I had no choice but to pay thousands of pounds myself to have the vehicle repaired, and Khayam still refuses to reimburse me for the costs I have incurred.

This entire experience has been incredibly stressful, expensive and completely avoidable. I trusted this dealership and paid a significant amount of money for what I believed was a reliable vehicle. Instead, I was sold a car that developed serious faults almost immediately and received appalling customer service throughout.

Avoid Car Connect NW and Khayam at all costs. If you value your money, your time and your peace of mind, I would strongly recommend buying from a reputable dealer elsewhere.

This dealer does not uphold their warranty. Sold the car with major engine issues and refused to cover even though it fell within the 3 month warranty. Despite numerous pleas and complaints, the dealer has maintained an extremely rude stance which argues he doesn’t owe anything even if it does fall within the warranty period - no reasoning, no information, no documentation.AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately experienced serious issues shortly after the sale.
After attempts to resolve the matter directly were unsuccessful, the dispute proceeded through the County Court. Judgment was awarded in my favour.
As of today, the County Court Judgment remains unpaid and enforcement action is ongoing.
I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this business to carry out thorough due diligence and ensure they are fully comfortable with the transaction before proceeding.
