Very worst experience

Very worst experience. I was having two suitcases of stuffs which included crockery stuffs and clothes. Below are the issues which i faced and I genuinely request anyone looking for cargo, please don’t use cargoforce.
1) I already weighed both my suitcases multiple times but once cargoforce received it at their warehouse, they charged me for extra 5-6 kilos.
2) They promised to put two layers of thick cushion before transferring my package via flight to India from UK but when I received the cargo it was just having very thin salutape layer and that too just for their branding purposes
3) Most of the crockery stuffs as well as both my suitcases were received in damaged condition beyond repair. Upon raising it to cargoforce they straightaway said they are not liable and cant do anything with it as it happens during in transit

Hence requesting you all please avoid this cargoforce at any cost.
Also please note that even if your parcel is lost, in that case too they will just cover £50.

If any one of you have any doubts over my review, just reply or let me know and i will show you our mail conversation as well as all the photos of my damaged stuffs

I had a very disappointing experience sending my parcel with cargo force

We sent our parcel through Cargo Force, and it was a very bad experience for us. They told us that our parcel would arrive at our home within 14 working days. However, after 25 days, when we called them, they said the parcel was stuck in customs and that they couldn’t do anything, but promised to keep us updated. We never received any call or email from them. After many follow-up calls, they finally said that your parcel is lost, we can't do anything.

Its really horrible company i delivered my parcel and its worth more than 1500£ and they steal my parcel and no service at all even customer care not picking up call and when you ask any questions they just read script as like they don’t know English its really big mistake of my life

Perfunctory and irresponsible piece of work

I had booked their service to send 3 heavy parcels (2 boxes, 1 XL trolley bag) to India for which I had paid extra GBP 15 for the trolley bag as per their terms and conditions for proper handling. They mention on their website and the messages that their agents send over that they will provide free boxes and packaging materials if taken to their warehouse which are lies, as after repeatedly asking was told that I will have to purchase my own boxes which I did and packaged them properly. I was not given any tracking/shipment number as mentioned on the website. On receiving the parcels in India, the boxes were cramped into one packet and bag into another. On opening them, I noticed that both the boxes were damaged and opened once before leaving UK and my trolley bag's zipper was open and it had a huge dent on one of its edges as if someone had dropped it and now is difficult to repair.
The boxes contained my expensive shoes in its original boxes which were damaged due to getting pressed over and shoes damaged as well. I messaged their agent about the damage and sent over photos of damage and no answer. They are just looking at the messages but not responding. Even after paying extra for careful handling this is the outcome.
I would suggest to use other services like RWorld express, as they allow all the items including perfumes, liquids and heater, etc and charge only GBP 1.5 more than cargo force but deliver within 7 working days of payment. I did use RWorld express to send my remaining items and received the box intact with no damage and on said date with complete tracking.
Please do not trust the reels and videos about cargoforce as they advertise GBP 4 door to door to India with cheap services in quality as well.

Really really horrible experience no one is liying on the comments. Everyone saying plz before post read the comments not a trust worthy people and they are fraud and scam my weight is less than 20 they charge me 170 pound. They don’t receive call. Plz don’t trust them. Plz don’t trust them and your parcel
Never get on time missing thing.i don’t know where is my parcel.

Horrible experience.2weeks ago send a parcel to family in India from their Company located in Wembley london. When my family opened the parcel many of the items were missing. Some of them were really expensive. Don't trust this fraud company. They steal items from the parcels. When i tried to contact them about this they didn’t attend the complaint properly and refuse to help. Moreover, they didn’t answer my calls and disconnect the phone immediately. I recommend everyone not to go further with this company ever again guys. Bad customer service and not reliable.

Extremely Delayed Delivery, Frustrating Experience

I sent a parcel through this company two months ago and, disappointingly, I have yet to receive it. The prolonged delay has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of updates or communication only adds to the dissatisfaction. I urge others to consider alternative services to avoid the inconvenience I've faced with this company.

Horrible and dishonest people and company!
Anwar is a big liar. They advertise door to door services and even though I confirmed this with him over the phone, my boxes were delivered to a storage near the airport! When I called him to sort this out, he said he’s never done door yo door and it’s always door to airport. As they do record calls, I asked him to get the recordings but he said he can’t and if I really want to do that I can contact their customer services and see if they can do that! Obviously, as I had no trust in the company anymore, I just wanted to talk to the manager! I called many times to speak to him but “ he was in a meeting” for hours! And eventually they just stopped answering my calls and put me on hold!
I wish I had read the reviews for this company before doing business with bunch of dishonest people! The reviews are all true! They make it look like as if it’s a set price but they contact you for more money once you’ve made the first payment! They don’t tell you anything about the extra charges in the other country even though they know about it and when you ask them why you weren’t told, they say they don’t know how much it is! But that shouldn’t stop them from telling you to expect extra charges in the other country! Even if they don’t know how much it will be!
Please read the reviews on trust pilot, google and twitter before doing any business with this company. I’ve been in touch with citizen advice to report them for false advertising and I will definitely take this further!
