Betrug!

Simple, competent, fast responding service.
Never thought it will work dispite the time difference.
The service was competent and fast in any question, product as well as any logistic.
This seller will stay preferred for the next buy.

I bought the PCM tuner. The support activated it for me and installed the drivers via Teamviewer and always helped me immediately with any questions I had. I can only highly recommend this site, it's very helpful and very nice.

Bought Foxflash, order arrived in fast. Device did not work - problem with serial no.

I bought a Star diagnosis c4, evrything works. But I got a problem a couple days ago (im not the best with computers), then I contacted the support and in Realtime with Teamviewer they helpd me. :) Im realy thankfull for this fast support.

Perfekter Service, wie immer alles funktioniert wie beschrieben. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

I bought a diagnostic device from the company, but the software was separated from the hardware, which had to be paired. The communication and IT work by the company's employees was outstanding, which means fast and professional. What's more, they also did work that they were not required to do, since I personally and unprofessionally complicated the whole process for them. That's why they deserve the highest possible rating, and I highly recommend the company and its employees to everyone. I am sure that you will not make a mistake, and your needs will be solved quickly and efficiently.

Good and fast service, always a quick reply to questions.

Great response and fast delivery.

Achtung Betrug

The quality of the customer service is like i have never experienced anywhere else. When i encounter a problem, all it takes is a message via Whatsapp and within 24 hours (huge difference in time zones) the problem is solved. This is and will stay my go to shop for car diagnostics and electronics
