The chaps there were really knowledgeable and helpful and we had a great conversation with them and put the world to right. Exceptional service.

I had another amazing shopping…
I had another amazing shopping experience with Rob at Carters! 👏 Outstanding customer service and installation from start to finish. Didn't break the bank either - they price match the big retailers, so I saved some cash. I bought all my white goods and a Samsung TV from them, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend popping in and supporting your local store - the team are class and really know their stuff.

Robert, the manager at Worthing was exceptionally patient and helpful in our recent purchases of a dishwasher and oven. His product knowledge is excellent and prices are competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Customer service
Rob gave us unbelievably good customer service over 2 years as we experienced major problems with our Blomberg washing machine.
He did exactly what he said he would and when he said he would and eventually resolved our problems to our satisfaction
