Ordered a radiator valve which was sent promptly

Popped into the shop and they were really helpful.
The order process was relatively simple and the radiator arrived on time.
The delivery driver put the radiator at the top of the drive as requested.
The radiator looks really good and arfived in good condition.
I cannot comment about issues as there havent been any

Radiator is fabulous. Ordering it was hard work - after you order on line, they send you an email and you have to confirm this before they progress your order. Bit of a cumbersome process. Then the delivery is a pain - curbside delivery only and they won't give you a time slot. Not a great delivery experience for a £500+ radiator. Such a shame that the service is letting down a lovely product.

They were caring and amazing !
The fitter was equally impressed with the product and what a difference good looking, efficient radiators make to a room.
As a Chartered Architect I would from my experience recommend this company.

Very straightforward to deal with. Company kept in touch with regards to progress of order and delivery date. Valves delivered almost immediately. Radiator made to specifications by manufacturer but even so, in July, arrived within 3 weeks of order. Good service all round.

Very smart towel rail/radiator - very effective for a both bathrooms with a very high ceiling. Being stainless steel, no rust and looks beautiful.

All good from initial contact, to advice, to finished goods received on time in good condition.

These radiators combined with valves of the same era, look absolutely stunning.
They blend in perfectly even in modern surroundings, actually better than standard panel radiators.
Obviously they are a lot more expensive than a modern style, but so much better looking and heat retention is fantastic.
Regarding the price, I was happy to pay as I'd shopped about other companies, and cast iron radiators 4u were very compatible, I spoke with their staff firstly which gained my trust, placed order online, and was then contacted to discuss the order and colour, they where delivered in just over a week by truck, on a pallet.
Please note they are very heavy items and I'd recommend two persons lift.
