Absolute joke of a service
Absolute joke of a service. Wouldnt recomend, many other better suppliers out there. I ordered a microwave to be told it would be delivered within 1 or 2 working days. This was on 5th July. Its now 16th and still had nothing. Called and got told a supply problem so I upgraded to a new model that would be delivered next day. Next day comes still nothing. I don't even know if this company is legit but I defo would not recommend for professional businesses that want a top service

Thank you for your review. We welcome all feedback - good and bad - so that we can improve our systems and service.
I have looked at your ordering experience and would like to apologise for being unable to supply the microwave you ordered, due to Samsungs discontinuation of this model. It took several days for this information to filter through. We did offer the an alternative and you advised us on the 14th July to proceed with the alternative.
We did advise delivery would be the next day but the cut off time had passed which delayed the delivery by a further day,
we sincerely apologise for this.
I believe delivery will be today.
I understand your frustration but sometimes things go wrong and we do all we can to rectify any issues in a timely manner.
Once again, we are sorry for your experience.
Great service - great value
Saw emailed advert for a commercial fridge which was heavily discounted. Ordered it on the Friday and it turned up at 9am on the following Monday. The item was taken to the kitchen on the other side of the building and installed in the required spot. They even took the packaging away.

When I chose the supplier it was important that there was a phone no and I could speak to someone.
Lindsay @ Catering Appliance Superstore has been so helpful, nothing was too much and if she didn't have the information I required she contacted the manufacturer and let me know. Based on this excellent customer service I placed my order with this Company. Highly recommended.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We always aim to be transparent about our returns policy, including any restocking fees and delivery charges, which are outlined in our terms and conditions. If there has been any misunderstanding or discrepancy in the refund amount, we'd welcome the chance to look into it further for you. I can see in this case we were also charged a delivery fee by our supplier so this was included in the charge, which unfortunately is unavoidable.
Had to change the delivery address…
Had to change the delivery address slightly and Jemma was brilliant in acting quickly to get that changed in time. She also promised to confirm via email which she did (so often that is not the case with companies!).

returning is very difficult
I have tried to return a cooker that was not suitable and have a different cooker delivered. I asked if the original one could be picked up at the same time as having the new one delivered.
This does not seem to be possible so i will have to arrange a courier to pick this up.

Unfortunately, as we rely on our suppliers to manage both deliveries and collections, we're sometimes limited by their logistics and scheduling systems. This means we’re not always able to coordinate exchanges or simultaneous pick-up and delivery, though we certainly wish we could.
That said, we truly appreciate your patience and are here to help in any way we can. We will make sure your feedback is passed on to the relevant party.

Rang up to see if a product was in stock and at 3pm spoke to a lovely lady on the phone explained that we needed the item the next day, she was was very helpful and let me know she would get the order out ASAP for next day delivery. Ordered received by 11am the next day. Amazing customer service and speedy delivery!

We have been waiting months for a part for an expensice commercial washer which cost us a lot of money. The part finally came. We've now been waiting over a week for an appointment to fix it. Very poor customer service
