I put my house up with Cavendish Manley, they where very professional in all the did , my house was up on the internet with in hours of them viewing and sold with in four days . I would use them again as first choice agents .

very professional, friendly and efficient service
From initial contact to completion, Richard and his team conducted the sale of my property with utmost professionalism. The team were fully aware of the legal progression of the sale at all times, communicating effectively and efficiently with both my and my purchaser's solicitors, which was a great help to me. A special mention to Barbara in the Little Sutton office who went above and beyond to ensure the sale went smoothly.

Highly recommended
We were not selling a house but buying our first house.
We cannot fault little sutton cavendish manley for there service to us, they kept us up to date with all proceedings, any questions asked of them was either answered or we got a call back within the same day.
Would highly recommend to anyone great service.

Lynzi was so helpful, she was always polite on the phone, happy to answer any queries or problems we had & talked us through the whole process. Also, we weren't living at the property at the time but felt very comfortable leaving them to look after it & lock up. Would highly recommend Cavendish Manley!
