The team were fully aware of the legal progression of the sale at all times, communicating effectively and efficiently with both my and my purchaser's solicitors, which was a great help to me. My request for a deep clean to be undertaken prior to completion was met with calm pragmatism and arranged on my behalf, as I was managing the sale remotely.
