For days I have been trying to reach their Contact Center several times each between 9AM to 5PM at:

It makes me go through a long never ending wait. I have left a call-back number,
No response to 3 times emails. No call back past more than 24 hours.
I am a account holder of CBD. Needing very urgent help. I cannot withdraw from ATM, cannot do internet online transfer & cannot access my mobile app.
I have my funds saved in CBD. I have to make payment for a bills and am traveling.
The point is, NOBODY RESPOND!!! Since Friday 26APR, Saturday 27APR, Monday 29APR, Tuesday 30APR. Where is that Service Promise highly promoted.

Comparing other banks in UAE, CBD customer service is the worst.
My credit card was frauded on Friday 26 April and till Saturday 27 I'm trying to contact the customer service but no success.
I tried to call more than 30 times each with 30 minutes waiting on HOLD and then the bank hang out.
I don't recommend this bank at all.

There no option to give rating as Zero, then i would have given zero rating for this bank.
No customer support and nobody ansewing the call even foe emergency situation.
My card was hacked and their branch customer service are not care about it because it was a normal incident for them.
The credit card doesn't have any safety features even i have activated smart pass.
Without OTP and confirmation the card was hacked and took the money and the bank simply saying they need 120 working days also if you want to close the card that you need to pay full amount.

Would give a zero star available. Most unreliable bank that I have dealt with in UAE. Signed up for a credit card was promised welcome bonus however when it was due, not only that it was not paid out, the whole bank went ghosting on me. Customer service that never connects, emails after emails unresponded and bank agent that sounds like proper scammer, giving fake promises. Please avoid at all cost if you love your peace of mine.

You have to wait for hours to get a customer representative. They are skilled on how to ask Qs so that you have to call them again to keep the call end.
Previously CBD used to call the customer in case you makes a transaction outside normal hours , especially overseas Transactions and high value. Now they block your card by sending a message.
