Very bad how many minutes and hours CBD costumer care never answer the calls they are 100% not good ,all finished my regular balance , but no one answer for my calls . They said call 2pm not morning because only for emergency they can assist . What kind of Indian lady she is costumer care or sale lady .no one answer my calls for been two days continuously calling and no call back from there side as well

"I had a very disappointing experience with CBD Bank regarding unexpected additional charges on my credit card. Despite making a substantial payment of AED 1,700, I was surprised to see charges totaling AED 2,456.84 added to my account.
When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my request to remove these charges would be reviewed, but the process has been slow and unhelpful. There has been a lack of clear communication and transparency, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.
I expect better service and efficiency from a bank, especially when dealing with charges and payments. This experience has seriously diminished my trust in CBD Bank’s customer service."

worst experience, I have settled my card 2 months ago. my card was not active and this month I received the outstanding amount msg, which is for yearly charges. how come they are so innocent for not knowing that the card is not active why charge them? whereas they remember when the renewal is coming and the payment is delayed and impose interest more when you are in your worst situation.

The bank has deducted 200 aed for bank interest which I'm not even aware of , they deduct again twenty something dirham which is not reflecting the reason, I'm not happy with the service at all

One of the worst customer service ever! Phone banking doesn’t work & seems to be a closed department! To reach an agent, it takes an hour at least if you’ve the patience to wait…. Imagine, a service couldn’t be provided via branch nor application & you’ve no option except wasting an hour daily to reach them!

CBD Customer Care Not attending calls
CBD sales executive gave me a credit card and now when I want to cancel the credit card, CBD customer care is pathetic as you waste all your phone balance and nobody attends your call. Also I have send them numerous emails but nobody ever replied to my emails
