I just wonder how a bank like this can survive in the UAE! Worst banking ever! Their so called customer service agents are literally good for nothing, they will just put your calls on hold for an hour and just disconnect, call back options are funny! 0/5 Not recommended at all!!!

Worst online bank card of my life..no response from team I had last month issue Amount debited from account without my authorization and this month again same thing happened I call call center informed that same issue they said sir your card is blocked I said if card is block how did yesterday transaction and how my salary credit in my account..ok sir Team will investigate and come back to me it’s already more than 5 days no response from team.. if you calling Centre always line is busy ..unbelievable

Worst Credit Card of the Bank. Also the customer services is bad. I had a fraud transaction in my credit card. Though doing complain the customer care dint replied. Got New credit card but again got fraudulent transaction in that card too. Now that transaction is shown in the app of the bank but not in the statement of the Bank with the Customer care . App is of the bank and the statement is of the bank but still there is mismatch of data in both the assets of the bank. Bank has charged charges to issue new credit card... Also to investigate the fraudulent charges they are taking 120 days to investigate...
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED
Down with this bank. Be aware of their representative offering credit cards etc with lucrative offers / bonuses. They are cheaters with hidden conditions which they will not reveal. Even their customer support service is pathetic. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

I have been trying to cancel my vredit card and almost a year.The bankbdiverted me to phone banking.
Phone banking is so hard to connect that the bank has now provided a call back option.
I have tried this option and there is never a call back.

Worst customer service. Do not do any business with CBD. It's like a 3rd grade bank. Call before 5pm nobody answer. Call after 5pm, someone answer, but no access for system. Send an email, you will never ever get a response. If there is a 0/5 I would give.

Worst Customer support service, they are unable to resolve your query while chat support and directly tell you to call paid call number, and that paid number has so complicated IVR system, to reach any human it will took almost 8 minute and they will never pick call till 30 minutes and continue to hold or send call back request which they never call back.

I used CBD debit card and made payment at a shop on July 1st.
First transaction declined.Again I made payment but amount was debited twice from my account.I have been calling customer service for last four weeks and I have never had such a bad experience anywhere else..so far I have no solution except press PIN every time. Not getting it.
If mail is sent, there is no proper replay.
If you send a mail, you will be told to contact the customer service, if you call the number, there is no response.

I experienced very bad customer service from the CBD bank, The First, customer service number is always showing busy. And very hardly I can dial the number however 3o minutes no response from the team. I have tried to call every day 3-4 times and activate my locked credit card phone banking. But unfortunately last 10 days I have not been able to contact them.
