Excellent Service

This is a really great piece of kit supported with outstanding service.

We have been using Celpax for a few months now, it has really helped us understand the mood within our sector. It has proved some assumptions and blown others out of the water, forcing us to question our assumptions about a modern workforce and work environment.

The support from Celpax, Rebecca specifically, has been some of the best that I have experienced. It seems like they never stop working, responding quickly with effective resolutions to any questions or issues that we have raised.

The challenge of implementing Celpax in the workplace should not be underestimated, it will be a challenge but the team will be there to support you all the way.

A simple and effective way to start conversations with employees!

Employees are addressed directly thanks to the device's secure and anonymous ability to express their current mood with a simple button. The employees are not annoyed by electronic questionnaires, but can assess the current situation directly and easily.

The results of the analysis give managers the opportunity to get in touch with employees directly in order to increase employee satisfaction and ultimately to reduce employee turnover.

Glad you like our support! We will pass on the message internally. And that is indeed why the 1st Celpax is free Owen - less hassle for managers who just want to get started and improve employee engagement.

Have you sat down with your team to identify your first "red button" issue to improve, together? In COVID times we are seeing lower levels of green than normal. It's simply put, a very difficult time both for businesses and employees.

If you're at the beginning of your continuous improvement journey, a tip from many users is to choose something small and relatively easy to fix (a second microwave in the kitchen to get shorter waiting times, a smelly changing room...)

You can then use this success story to those in your team/company who perhaps are a bit sceptical ('See, they DO listen to our suggestions!).

If your team is already onboard and pressing away, an effective strategy is to create a wellbeing team from different departments. This way you can get an overview and kickstart conversations around what needs to happen for all employees to truly work together as one team.

Indeed, WHERE you hang the Celpax device is crucial.

Since everybody has to pass by the exit door (it's the only way to leave and go home hehe) that is a good choice.

Could also be at the dept. door, or on your natural way out, depending on your ergonomics.

Many also highlight with posters, fun messages, sharing the employee morale results there, etc.

Celpax es una muy buena herramienta para medir el pulso de la empresa, en nuestra caso lo difícil ha sido poder motivar a las personas, no todos lo encuentran útil al ser anónimo, y no saber quién o de qué áreas pulsaron de un color u otro, pero creo que esto sea el impulso para conversar, sacar ideas de las personas independiente del resultado del indicador, de tener el discurso también de que el estar feliz en el trabajo es una cosa y "ser feliz" es otra gran cosa, el de aceptar como es tu trabajo, y de que no puedes tener un dia rojo porque no te gusta este trabajo, si no que ahí es la persona la que debe actuar...

Qué bien que les ayuda tener conversaciones ricas sobre cómo estar más felizes en el trabajo!

Aparte de la persona, las organizaciones también tiene mucha capacidad para hacer el dia mas bonito para sus empleados. Y de eso consiste, el Celpax es una herramienta para tomar acciones. Esto es para tener agilidad a la hora de actuar para cambiar tus centros de trabajo. Porque la única manera de mejorar algo, es hacer cambios. Muchos líderes usan pequeños pasos y pequeños cambios.

Una vez que hayas cambiado algo, podrás ver en los datos si ha funcionado, o no. Deberías ver más verde :)

Excelente promotor de las buenas relaciones, la comunicación y la participación.
