Ordered earrings for my daughters 21st birthday. When they arrived they were tiny, I mean SMALL. £55 and they didn't even come in a nice box. They may be silver but I wouldn't have spent that much if I'd know. Not worth the money.
I have a beautiful necklace from this shop which I bought visiting Edinburgh for the first time last year. I get compliments on it all the time, and I wanted to purchase an identical one as a gift. I ordered online but unfortunately I received a very similar and lovely but different pendant than the one I ordered. I dropped them an email and within just a few hours I received an apology, a returns label, and was assured the correct pendant had been posted. I have now received the correct pendant.
Mistakes happen, it's understandable. Especially as the items were so very similar. What stood out was the customer service I received and how quickly the situation was resolved. Very happy with my experience and my beautiful purchases. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.
Ordered a ring for a Christmas gift, delivered Sunday 8th December, bent and twisted. Emailed the company within MINUTES of delivery explaining how it came, with pictures. Ignored. Emailed again, ignored. Contacted through PayPal, still ignored. Contacted through Facebook, still ignored.
I agree with previous statement that they only come in a cheap black pouch, but my main gripe is that the drop earrings do not have a stopper to keep the earrings from falling out, they just loop through. I lost one of mine within 3 months of purchase 😩
The earrings I purchased on line as a gift are lovely, however please be aware that if you are giving your purchase as a gift, then the packaging looks seriously cheap and you will need to consider repackaging. If it’s for yourself, be reassured that no money has been wasted on packaging! Response from the shop was simply that they would consider a gift wrapping option in future. No apology that I was so disappointed.
