1 star is too many! Nothing good to say about it! Frustrating from the start as car park was full. Reception was far from friendly. Room was terrible. How the website can calm this newly renovated I will never know! Door to room was damaged, lights damaged, terrible mattress and just felt dirty. If I had the option at the time I would have gone elsewhere. Kitchen staff sat outside the kitchen literally with knotted hanky on his head smoking. I ate elsewhere needless to say. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. AVOID !

Trust me,if this is the only hotel you can get in , sleep in your car,the room was tired and dirty, there was no chef so had one of their breakfast bags which was suppose to contain a hot bacon egg and sausage bun ,I wouldn't feed it to a dog ,the only saving grace was the lovely members of staff,please avoid

Stayed for one night had a very enjoyable stay staff very accommodating and had a good night's sleep will 100 % stay again

I live in the Netherlands and I received a request from a couple of friends who forgot 3 pairs of shoes when they left the Celtic hotel in Paris on their way to Belgium. We immediately tried to contact the hotel to find out what could be done about it and to my surprise, there was no communication, they said they would call me back with someone who spoke English and still nothing, when I decided to try again, I was shocked, I try with 2 employees on the phone (unfortunately I don't have their names) and none of them spoke English and they hung up on me after rudely saying that I should speak in French. What do you mean, employees who answer the phone at an international hotel in Paris don't speak English? They were super rude and not at all professional. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope that future guests read the reviews well.

A nice clean hotel which provided everything that was stated. A decent room, excellent food, friendly staff and a very reasonable cost. I would definitely book again

After a VERY long day being messed about by the airport, we arrived here and were greeted by such lovely staff. One had just ordered a chinese with her bf and was called in to work to help with the sudden influx of guests. They really were lovely
