Excellent, complete satisfaction
When I got the keys to my property and had to start preparing it for renting, the burden of what needed to be done was great. However, a friend introduced me to Champion Property and then the burden was lifted completely!
Champion not only managed all renovations, fire and other legal requirements, leaving me with no stress and a beautiful well-prepared rental property, but also found excellent tenants within 2 weeks!
I would definitely recommend Champion property. Trust worthy, easy to work with, transparent, efficient and friendly.

Our experience has been excellent.
We contacted Jon Champion last year following a recommendation from a friend. We found Jon to be very helpful, reliable, with good ideas and were extremely pleased when he managed to let our property within 10 days. Our previous management company had been taken over and we found the new management to be less than enthusiastic in trying to let our property. We therefore changed to Jon and have been very satisfied with the result.

Reliability
Champion Propertie's management is as near as one could get to an Agent showing complrete - reliability, integrity,honesty, etc. Culminating in a whole "weight off my mind."
Highly recommended.

Property Management at its best
Having used two previous management companies in Norwich in the last three years I have to say there is no comparison.
Efficient , informative, quick to resolve any issues whilst having welfare of property owner and tenants and competitively priced.
All the pressure taken away whilst kept informed as and when necessary.
