Pagliacc! Acquisto fatto il venerdì, lunedì mi arriva un’e-mail per il rimborso della cifra spesa senza altra spiegazione. Dopo decine e decine di tentativi, riesco a mettermi in contatto con il servizio clienti. Indispensabilità dei prodotti, spiegazione ufficiale. Peccato che gli stessi risultano, magicamente, acquistabili a prezzi maggiorati.

Nothing wrong with the products, but unlike Nike, Champion, Puma, well, all other of their biggest competitors, you have to pay toll and taxes on the items you buy from Champion, meaning their own website is way more expensive than all other websites you can buy the exact same items on. So steer away, either buy elsewhere or buy another brand. No info on their website that you have to pay toll and taxes.

I will never buy from this website again.

Drei mal einen Jogginganzug bestellt, 3 mal wurde die Bestellung innerhalb von wenigen Stunden seitens des Stores storniert (bei zwei verschiedenen Kunden). Die Vermutung ist, dass sie die Ware nicht mehr haben und es so am einfachsten für sie ist. Kundenkommunikation/-service gleich null. Der Artikel ist Stand heute immer noch im Webshop als verfügbar gelistet und bestellbar.
Habe dann auf einem Marktplatz was bestellt, da ging der Versand reibungslos und pünktlich vonstatten. Dann in Zukunft halt wieder so, man kann es sich als Unternehmen scheinbar leisten.

Servizio clienti inesistente,mai risposto né alle telefonate né ai messaggi; l' ordine fatto il23 Dicembre non so ancora se e quando verrà spedito.Dopo 7 giorni di attesa sono stato costretto ad attivare una contestazione con PayPal.

pessima esperienza con questo sito. dopo aver effettuato un reso non mi è arrivato nessun rimborso dopo oltre due mesi. mi dicono nelle email che il rimborso è stato è stato effettuato ma non ho mai ricevuto niente. numero di ordine CHPIT000147393.

I wanted to warn anyone considering buying from Champion store. about my disappointing experience. I returned two items more than a month ago following their return policy exactly, but I’m still waiting for my refund, even weeks later. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service, I haven’t received any response or resolution and they are completely ignoring me. Please do not make the same mistake and do not buy from this store.

i ordered many times and and it was ok ...since they changed from belgium to italy its all sht.. sendet clothes back waited 2 weeks to get 1/6 of my money back dont ask me why its 1/6 i gues they fked up badly and now no response to get the rest of my money ...A RECCOMENDATION FOR U ALL JUST IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR LAWYER AND PAYPAL IF U PAID WITH IT DONT BOTHER WRITING THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN

UNMÖGLICH! Ich habe im Mai 3 Paar Schuhe bestellt & 2 davon zurück geschickt. Zuvor gab es kein Retourenlabel und musste es erstmal anfordern. Die haben mir 2 stk mit der selben Nummer geschickt- habe 2 Einlieferungs-SMS von DHL erhalten. Habe angenommen es würde alles seine Richtigkeit haben. Falsch gedacht! 1 Paar wurde gutgeschrieben das andere nicht! Habe inzwischen 3mal den italienischen Kundenservice kontaktiert- weil leider keinen deutschen gibt! DHL schickte mir sogar die Unterschriften der MA im Retourenempfang, die belegen dass 2 Pakete angekommen sind! Darauf wird nicht mehr Seitens des Stores geantwortet. Wie kann das bitte sein? Nach dem durchlesen der Bewertungen hier- kommt mir der leise der Verdacht, dass dies schon zu einer gängigen Masche vom Store wurde. Sowas sollte verboten werden. Solche Praktiken hätte ich nicht von so einem Label erwartet. Ob ich die 60€ je erhalte - ist fraglich. Das nächste Schritt wäre die dt. Verbraucherzentrale, um solche Geschäftspraktiken zu melden!

£55 or if you sign up you get 15% off being a new customer.
I signed up.
Went to the checkout to purchase the item and the code didn’t work.
Contacted them and was advised that the discount code doesn’t work on already discounted items… hmm??
£55 hoodie wasn’t in the discounted items. And if it was there’s no mention online and £55 for a champion hoodie is definitely not reduced!
Better brands & quality elsewhere.
Customer service isn’t the best either.

Gewährleistungsrechte werden hier ignoriert. Man weiß, dass man Recht hat, kann aber keinem vom Kundenservice deutsche Gesetze nahebringen. Nie wieder werde ich, meine Familie und meine Freunde bei Champion einkaufen. Die Qualität der Produkte ist ja schon so problematisch. Eine Rücksendung und Rückerstattung funktioniert hier bei defekten Produkten einfach nicht. Da es sich wegen 20-30 Euro auch kaum lohnt, dem Rechtsweg einzuschlagen, lässt man die Sache auf sich beruhen. Und das nutzt dieses Unternehmen aus!!! Beschwerden und Anfragen werden ignoriert!!!

This is the worst clothing brand. Bought 3 hoodies online for £46 each. What a rubbish cheap material they used for it, the fittings are not good either. Even Primark hoodie quality is way better than them. I wanted to return them but unfortunately, I didn’t know their return policy is only 14 days, and no exchange is accepted. A premium clothing SCAMMERS.
They just kept their prices up to pretend like they are expensive premium brands. DONOT fall in their business trap. SCAMMERS.

Bought a hoodie from the champion store in soho which is supposed to hold the best quality champion clothing in stock. One wash and the hoodie was totally covered in lint/bobble. Emailed Champion and they said they couldn't help.

Mi sono trovato benissimo in questo negozio , comesse competenti e gentili che mi hanno aiutato a trovare ciò che cercavo ci tornerò molto volentieri .

Prodotto di qualità scadente, probabilmente falso, non vale la cifra pagata, nemmeno la metà.
