He is keen to help and takes the time to try to get know his buyers personally and make them feel at ease. I sent an online viewing request to Chancellors and received a response the same day from Carmen who although was fully booked for viewings the following day arranged to stay later so that we could view the property. Carmen was on-time, friendly and was able to answer any questions we had regarding the property.
