Wouldn't honour a gift voucher a few weeks after 6 month expiry. Whilst I understand it had expired, 6 months is an awfully short time. To then refuse it completely when only recently expired seems like just profiteering, I don't believe inflation devalued it that much in 6 months. Won't be returning.

Disgusting service! They are selling products they don't have in stock. I received part of the order in September and have been told the outstanding parts will not be in stock until the end of November! I have received no communications from Chapmans on this matter and have had to do all the chasing to get this matter resolved. The staff are always polite but you get the impression no one really gives a dam and no effort will be made to rectify the situation. If a deal seems to good to be true with this crowd it probably is!

Fantastic service, ordered a new seat box and the bits to go with it, all was delivered within 3days except 1 item which arrived after 5 days (was out of stock) so really good service.

Online order from start of April 2018, still awaiting end of May.

Customer service never replies even when complaining. Little seems to be done until contact PayPal to recollect funds.

I’ve often used Chapmans before and been happy enough with the outcome; however, I wouldn’t risk using Chapmans again. At least with other retailers you get what you paid for, or some sort of contact to let you know what’s going on.

My advice: Don’t bother wasting your money here, go somewhere else and price match if it’s cheaper online.

Order £300 worth of stuff with chapmans angling had bits and pieces missing and the company couldn’t be bothered to contact me when I complained.
Shambles wouldn’t advice anyone to shop here.

Ordered a fishing reel - which typically when I order online takes a week to arrive.

Imagine my surprise when it arrived at 9.10 the following morning via UPS! Excellent item and excellent service. Would use again.

Ordered a bedchair with shipping to Denmark 25£ after 3 weeks i didnt get any bedchair and contacted chapmans angling.. They would see what had happend and suddenly after 4 weeks the shipping Price was now 80£ 🤔
If i didnt write them i wouldnt have got any answer i guess... So they refunded my money instead.... Very bad experience

Have used chapmans anglings a couple of times now to supply all them hard to get angling items as well as some of more common items i cant get a hold of in scotland, delivery has been fast within 5days both times with a good easy to navigate site. and good prices would definately reommend to friends
