I had a fantastic experience shopping with this company. The customer service was very helpful and freindly. I ordered a pair of clogs for my daughter which turned out to be a one size too big and they didnt have the same clogs in the next size down in stock, however i wanted to exchange it for a pair that was a slightly bit more expensive.

I offered to pay the difference and order the new ones. Character.com accepted the exchange, sent out the new order and didnt charge me the difference in price, even though i offered to pay it!

I will return to shop with them again and would defo recommend this company.

Totally useless customer service, I've rang, emailed, sent FB message and no one replies. So the expensive item you have sent me BY MISTAKE will now be given away!

Yumna, who works at the Character shop in Watford, the Harlequin, just walked into my 2 year old daughter's buggy in the Harlequin, causing me to trip and putting my daughter in danger. She didn't offer an apology, she just gave me a dirty look.

I know that Yumna works in the Watford Character store because I used to work there too but only had an 8 hour per week contract.

Yumna never engaged with customers, looked down on other staff, and was rude and unfriendly. I'm guessing she still has the job there because Claire, the manager, likes hiring staff like that.

Easy ordering and fast delivery, we had an issue with the PJ’s which I reported over the bank holiday weekend, I got a reply first thing on the Tuesday and they sorted out my issue within 2 days. Very speedy customer service and very satisfied with their response. Would definitely order through them again.

Awful service. Terrible experience. Don't ever buy from them. The website is rubbish and doesnt tell you the delivery address when you go to pay. Only after you pay!

Which means you can easily buy things in 1 or 2 clicks and not know where they will be sent!

Also the customer service is awful. There is no phone number, they dont respond quickly by email, you can not change the address once you have ordered and they wont give you a refund.

I emailed them 1 minute after purchasing a product telling them the address is wrong. Got no response. They shipped the item, I still couldn't get hold of them and after the item was delivery to the wrong address, finally they emailed me and said there was nothing they could do!

I have very little income and now my 5 year old nephew will not have a birthday present.

Had to leave a good review, the clothes are amazing for the price. To be able to get toddler clothing from £2 with these amazing characters on is wonderful. Really happy with them and will be buying again very soon!

Bought over £100 worth of items, including £27 for a lightning mcqueen bag. The bag is extremely poor quality, the handle snapped the 2nd time it got taken to school, got it fixed and now the other side has snapped. This bag is used to nursery so is extremely light just very poorly made. Clothes seem ok at the moment but not had chance to use most as they're for a birthday present. Very disappointed paying £27 for a bag and it snapping so easily

I purchased some clothes for my grandson and I was advised to spend more to obtain free postage. I added additional items and was advised that I was entitled to free shipping. However, shipping costs were added to my final bill. I contacted the company three times about the issue, a website error, but no response. Product was fine but customer services were non-existent. A simple matter to resolve but they couldn't be bothered.

You refund at your own expense and they make you send it with proof of postage (apparently). For £14 pyjamas they make it so it's not worthwhile returning. Very disappointed.

Very cheaply made products . The print lines bled into eachother. Clearly imports from large well known online chinese shop !

All products look nice at first but then soon realised the quilty is very poor. Especially printed pajamas and girls knickers.

Alles lief reibungslos und einfach. Von der Suche des Artikels, über die Bezahlung alles prima gelaufen. Der Versand hat ein paar Tage länger gedauert, was aber an der Post lag und nicht beim Verkäufer. Die Ware ist top, genau wie er beschrieben war.

Ordered on impulse as saw an advert on social media. Just after Xmas in the sale & arrived with 2 days. Such excellent service- I still have items I am waiting on ordered before Christmas!!

Worst customer service EVER!!
I ordered two items from them, I open the parcel and one item is in the bag but on the paper inside it stated both item names so I emailed them to ask where my other item is? They didn't reply at all.. so I had to ring them up for them to say they will check with the Amazon warehouse, afew days later I got a response that wasnt nice at all basically accusing me of lying and I ain't happy. I don't know how much more evidence I need to supply ? I don't want a refund! I just want my size 3-4 Ariel dress as it's a Christmas present! I emailed back saying I want this whole mess sorted and when I tell you they gone quiet, not responded so I've emailed again and of course nothing... so basically I've been robbed of my money! I just want to receive this dress, but they are making this whole mess they've caused so stressful!

The quality of the pyjama is grea.
The service was fast and great communication with the team.
Strongly recommend.

I ordered several items from Character.com for my daughter’s Christmas list and everything arrived to Australia from the UK in great time. The quality of each item is absolutely fantastic.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product, and when I called to explain my mistake, the customer service team were amazing. Even before I could say anything else, they offered me a refund and told me not to worry about sending the duplicate item back. This was such a relief, as I live too far away to return it and postage would have cost more than the item itself.

A big thank you to Summer, the assistant who helped me — she was wonderful and made the whole process so simple. Truly fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Character.com!
