Recently ordered a new school bag and shoes for my children from character. They are over the moon with them. The shoes seem to be well made and look exactly like you’d get from other leading children’s shoe store but at a fraction of the price. Hopefully they’ll last just as well too

I've bought from them in the past and was quite pleased, but things changed and their service is not what it used to be.
Before making my last order I've conacted them to ask several questions, including if they can actually deliver to my country, as there shipping problems there. The answer wasn't helpful, but as I wasn't told there's a problem the shipping, I went on and made the order.
The next day I got a refund. Just a refund. I had to contact them in order to discover that actually they don't ship to my country, and only then did they remove my country from theit shipping order.
In my communication with them they seemed really puzzled why I was annoyed with them. I feel like they wasted time, and right now, I'm not sure I'd bother to try again with them. I just hope they get their act together because they used to be quite nice.

The website is really slow. Not very good when there’s 1000s of products on there to look through. It could take me days to search there Disney section.

I agree, good materials designs etc, but there are many retailers that offer similar standards.
What bugs me is the delivery time, always takes a week to arrive.
My wife just today asked if our order can be expected as we are heading on holiday but the short answer was NO. So, waste of time ordering these.
Apparently Amazon delivers for these guys?! Amazon already advised the delivery is running late. Why Amazon?

I disliked instead of giving me a receipt for my purchase the assistant asked me for my email address. Upon hearing it she swivelled her screen to me and asked me to type it. Which I did. This is all very well and good to "Save The planet" but my purchase was a present for a child, I wanted to give the receipt to the parent incase the item needed exchanging. How does that work?? Personally I think it's a nonsense and creating more stress for people.

When I found this website I was so excited so many choices good prices seemed awesome I ordered 83 dollars worth of product on June 6th I got an email confirmation that it has shipping information within several days which was fast. I was expecting to get my stuff by June 18th or so as it reached the US on June 12th however its been sitting in Chicago Illinois still processing since the 13th I reached out on the 18th after 5 days here we are 10 days later still in Chicago Illinois still processing. I live in Texas customer service told me to keep waiting its obvious it got lost in transit this is extremely frustrating its for my sons birthday and customer service doesn't appear to want to help. They keep telling me to wait that it should show up i can understand 3-5 days of still processing but not 10 days. I'm just hoping they will resend the product or do something I don't want my money back just what I paid for.

-Update they did reach out to me this morning and are resending the items to me im hoping there are no issues and I receive them this time.

Shipping to Australia took 4 weeks for the product to arrive and occasionally tracking the product was unavailable

Found them to be a bit on the small size, so order a size bigger

Very happy with my purchase they are very good value for the money and i know that my granddaughter will love them .The order came quickly .and will be buying more things very well made i love them and have told my friends about you

Way too long for delivery, have not received my order ax be yet

The trainers were lovely and my 5 year old granddaughter loved them. But I wish they had half sizes so they would last her that much longer.
