Helpful, professional staff
The process was simple, starting with with my online enquiry. The case manager rang me the next day and discussed my requirements and sent me the best mortgage option. From there on, transferring my case to the underwriter, applying for the mortgage, carrying out the survey, legal process and to the completion stage, which happened quite speedily. What I appreciate most is that I was able to approach the relevant staff member with my queries without having to wait on the line for about 30 minutes, and the professional and helpful manner and attitude in which they helped us to connect with the lender to receive the funds we required. We sure will recommend Charleston Financial Services to my friends and we will approach them again for future mortgages.

Excellent service
After being refused a mortgage with other brokers, I reached out of Charleston and spoke to Louie.
He was able to provide me with help and advice and was able to provide me with a mortgage illustration within the same day.

Outstanding service
I have been dealing with charleston Financial for few years now after trying with different brokerage firms and repateadly let down by others and found charleston very helpful and most suitable for my SPV company BTL products and services. They have helped me with several completions and found them always coming on top. I am really satisfied for their outstanding service. I would recommend highly of their services to others.

I was looking for information and researching the possibility of a Buy-2-Let.
Louie Clements answered the call was extremely helpful.
He took the time to listen fully and after I explained the details he then took my details to call me back while he made various calls.
Within a short while he called with various proposals which I am now considering.
He was very polite not pushy and respectful and he knows what he is doing as the rates were better than all others !
