Would be 5 stars if only they sorted their payouts to a quicker and more reliable method!
I like the ease of registering purchases and the efficiency of the logging.
If only their payout system was up to scratch as with the rest of the process.

My husband and I have been members for several years and amazed at the opportunities to try new items at either no cost or a substantial discount. Very straight forward.

I love using CheckoutSmrt. It’s a great way of saving money on shopping items and building up a balance to use towards Christmas. Especially in these times of horrendous cost of living. Also, if you add your shopping receipts regularly, as I do, you can also win £10 prizes to add to your balance! I have won again recently. Definitely recommend.

ABSOLUTE JOKERS, 3rd time I’ve used them and now suddenly they’ve declined to 2 receipts saying can’t verify the products, exactly the same as first 2 receipts sent but they paid those

I can say that I have enjoyed a most positive experience throughout my membership with Checkout, and it has been several years. It is always nice to pick up a cut price item or two when out shopping. On many occasions there are items on the site/app that are totally free. All that is asked is that they would like a review on what you have tried. The app has not been without glitches in the past when leaving reviews but things are much improved. I have been lucky enough to win their daily draw twice, which was a lovely surprise. All in all its great app and I would recommend it without hesitation. Easy to use, nice looking app.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. They have £157 of cash back that I have earn’t that they are refusing to payout to me. Have threatened with legal action. They are not responding to any of my e-mails.

Avoid using this company they are scammers. As soon as you build up money in your account when you have purchased the product in good faith they tell you they won’t send you the money owed. Absolutely disgusting

Was ok when first started using it but as soon as you have a sizeable amount of savings to cash in they then backtrack on cash back they’ve already authorised. Emails they send are very rude and threatening to the point they make you feel like you’re trying to steal a few paltry ££’s!

Free money for buying a range of new foods or drinks. What’s not to like.

I use many of this type of cashback websites. I only have good things to say about this one... I entered the wrong payment details once and while it took them some time to notice and get back to back to me (I requested my payment and got nothing), they still sorted it out. The app is easy to use, they accept the receipts quite quickly. A very positive experience

Their Customer support team are shocking as during the last year its got worse to the point that they do not answer emails and even if they do they go on about something that is nothing to do with why i emailed in.

Payments always had gone into bank account on a Monday but for some reason this week still waiting for payment and they will no answer any emails i have sent in about it.

These are part of Quidco which in my view has a better support team and no doubt they will blame Covid.

We always use this app & check any offers before we shop. There are always free items, discounts, £10 daily draw or occasional competitions. It's so easy to upload a receipt and also to claim your pot of money. Never had any problems.

I was surprised to see bad reviews for CheckoutSmart. I've had good experience with them. I scan my receipts and get some cash back on some of the items I buy, and sometimes get to try some new things free of charge. Easy to scan and upload receipts. Users just need to log in to see the latest offers they are eligible for, and filter according to the shop you plan to use i.e. there can be different offers for some supermarket in store shops compared to an online shop. I've never had any problem getting paid by them, and have been using them for a few years now. If I've ever had to contact customer support, I always get a reply and resolution. No problems at all.

AVOID! SCAMMERS!!! Been waiting over 3 weeks to be paid & still nothing… owed £27!

Steer clear of these - decidely dodgy company. They advertise cashback on items, buy the item then unable to select the offer to redeem. When you contact them, you get told the offer wasn't showing when you made the purchase. Even though it was. Then you just get attitude from them saying look how much you have already claimed from our free service. Avoid and go for something like Shopmium - way more reliable.

Decided to give checkoutsmart a go and saw some great offers. Submitted receipt for £30 worth of cashback. The receipt was not a receipt so got into contact with support only to be told that my account has been closed due to a breach in their terms but no details of what is breached. Seems like a scam since they get commission from every receipt and mine had a lot so would be big commission for them and even double for not paying out to me. Stay away from this and don’t waste your time.

Two weeks after they accepted my cashback request, CheckoutSmart sent me an email out of the blue asking me to send them an additional picture of the receipt (despite that there was nothing wrong with the original). Unable to provide it, my account with a balance of over 30£ was frozen/deleted. Given how unreasonable this is, I tried to settle the matter, but they were stubborn.

Always had an excellent experience with this company. Very efficient and great offers.
