Used to be good, now you have to be on their exclusive review programme to get decent offers. The problem with the review programme is that you have to have the latest smartphone with the latest firmware otherwise reviews don't submit and you get kicked out the exclusive club. Avoid as too much hassle.

Absolute thieves.
Waited until my cash amount was just over £20 and emailed me claiming suspicious activity and demanding numerous addition pieces of info.
I sent all they asked and it wasn't even acknowledged.
They have now stopped me cashing out - whilst still keeping the account active in all other ways.
AVOID THESE THIEVES

Always had a good experience using this company, usually get a good selection of offers with some being free after cashback which is great. Read the item and shop properly, take a good quality picture and you'll get your money, save it for over £20 and pay no fees, perfect.

Great app. I love trying new products and this is a great way to do it. Decent amount of cashback and a lot of free products to try. I was surprised to see the bad reviews about payment as I have claimed lots of times and money is paid into my paypal account within a few days.

An excellent app and definitely not a scam. I've received almost £400 in rewards since I started using the app. So easy to use, I can't understand the negative reviews.

Just checking through the reviews and it's interesting to see there are people like me who have built up a decent amount in their account, you hit the claim cashback and a few days later they send an email to say the account is closed. I ask why, I get a general reply not really telling my why, and they tell me not to contact them again!! Be careful as I am out of pocket.

Some good savings if you aren’t a fussy eater.

Don’t get a huge amount back but if you can save on anything it’s a bonus!

The only bad point is if the till receipt ink is faded/running out it doesn’t upload the first time you try. KEEP your receipts until it has been confirmed!

Anything for free/money off is ideal. Especially when you use the items!

Really poor. This app shows offers with "2 days" validity, you then purchase the items, go to claim the cashback and you're unable to as they have removed it.

Customer service unresponsive.

Spent £4.50 on something I would not have bought if they hadn't offered cashback making it free.

Will not use again. AVOID! SCAM.

Appalling, started well and payments were going through and now they are blaming financial funding and all my payments are being bounced back as ‘void’ - waste of time so my advice is to avoid

Often has great discounts and even freebies, giving you cashback on items from all the big supermarkets. Gives you the opportunity to try new products and also buy more premium stuff than you could usually afford. It is easy to cashout once you reach £5. Just apply by the Wednesday and it will be paid into paypal on Thursday. I have had no issues at all in 3 years of use. Great app!

Good app, however not sure why they collect images of all the receipts if they don't tailor the offers to your shopping needs. I cannot purchase majority of the offers.
The items I have purchased have always been rewarded for, so happy about that.

I love this app. Fab range of offers with new ones added very frequently. Customer service is top notch, on the odd occasion when I have needed to contact their customer service they have been extremely helpful. I have claimed well over £1000 from offers and never been anything other than delighted. Would highly recommend.

Refused a payout due to no time and date on receipt. I simply submitted what was printed on an authorised supermarkets receipt and cannot control what they do or do not print.

No contact us or help section on the app so left with no way to get this fixed

Requested £1. Been over 2 weeks and they aren't paying or responding to emails

I’ve used this app for 2 and a half years now and my total rewards so far have been £474.88 - my husband also has an account and has done pretty much the same.
Have tried loads of free foods and drinks (Fage yoghurt and Dash Water are 2 of my favourite repeat offers). Absolutely love this app. Have only had 1 receipt rejected and this was because I had purchased the wrong product, and once when the app did glitch and none of my receipts were showing as submitted they dealt with it quickly.
