Worst service ever they lied to…

Worst service ever they lied to customer by saying items will be delivered in 7/10 working days. It's been 1month till I placed my order and it does not seem to arrive soon!! The shipping number given is fake because TNT did not recognise the tracking number all fake!! avoid at all cost they lied to customer just to rob money from them.

Hi there,

As the shipping companies were closed from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7 for national holiday break, the shipments for all orders were delayed for the holiday break. Your package was shipped out as soon as the shipping companies are back to work.

Since it's peak shipping season and the flights to UK are limited due to Covid-19 pandemic, it usually takes a couple of days for the tracking details to be available on TNT website. The packages at the airport are queued up for the available flights. The tracking details for your package shall be available online as soon as the package is boarded on an airplane. Your patience would be highly appreciated.

UPDATE: The tracking details for your package with tracking number GE983578425CN is already available online at TNT website, just 7 hours after we posted our reply to your comment. The package is now at Castle Donington and UK customs just released the goods.

As you can see online, the package was shipped on Oct. 20, 2021. The tracking details are published four days later by Oct. 24, 2021. Before the tracking details are published, your package is in fact already half way to the destination. There is no delay with the shipment but it takes a couple of days for the tracking details to be available online.

Trop cher pour cette qualité médiocre

Bien que j'ai reçu assez vite (1semaine) ma commande, je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout. Je porte du 38,5 alors j'ai commandé du 39 au cas ou. Quand même les chaussures que j'ai reçues sont trop petites, impossible de les enfiler. De plus elles ont une odeur chimique très forte et de qualité médiocre pour ce prix là. Le pire est que le retour n'est pas gratuit même avec ces prix élevés ! Je conseille d'acheter ailleurs

BAD QUALITY AND RETURNS ARE A PAIN!

The designs are OK but quality is poor with respect to the price. For these prices you can buy something much better. Plus returns are a pain. Don't be tricked by the nice designs!
THE ANSWER POSTED BELOW DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO MY ORDER. I BOUGHT SHOES!

I ordered four pairs of shoes and they are really beautiful. However, they were extremely narrow, so I initiated a return. I was told that because I ordered three or more pairs of shoes, they were ineligible for return. That is disclosed on their website, but I did not see that when ordering. This is a ridiculous rule that makes no sense because had I ordered two pairs of shoes instead of four, I could have returned them both for a full refund. I reached out for clarification to Chiko and the only response I received was that they were ineligible for return. Buyer beware.

I put in an order for a pair of shoes…

I put in an order for a pair of shoes weeks ago. The shoes arrived and did not fit therefore i returned them. I was told that i had to return them using tracked post which cost me a fortune to return by. I have emailed a few times now with regards to my return with no response from their customer service team. Even though my tracking number has assured me that they have arrived at your warehouse. I suppose this is my last option at getting some sort of acknowledgement from your customer service team. avoid at all cost. Shoes looked and smelled cheap too.

I tried to enter the tracking number on your website a million times and when I got to the "I'm not a robot" the page just kept on loading. I emailed your customer service team to make them aware of this. They got back to me days later with a rude response saying "just email us the tracking number" so I did. I sent it by email. Are you honestly trying to say that it is my fault that I haven't received my refund? I have done everything you have asked of me. Please check your emails and you will find my tracking number. Horrible company to deal with

As mentioned in our shipping and return policy published on our website, customer pays return shipping. International shipping costs and tax/duty charges may occur on some returns. For tax/duties occurred on returns, it will be deducted from original payment before refund. Please take it into consideration before place an order.

I am writing in hope of receiving a reply from Chiko. After receiving your last message, I did indeed go to your website and submit a request properly. I still haven’t received a response.

I prefer to communicate with your company directly but since I haven’t received a response again I am using this forum.

In regards to your earlier comments, I did indeed message you from your website previously- I don’t know why you can’t find it and my feet are not wide. The shoes hurt my feet.

I meant that I placed my order on 02/20 and until yesterday was not even shipped. If you could explain to me why did I called it not reasonable or I need to use different language :)

We are not sure what you mean by the unreasonable return policy. We offer 30 days return service from the date of purchase. For the item which is unworn in original condition with original packing, the shopper can log into the account and submit a return request for refund in 30 days from the date of purchase. These are extremely common return terms among online shops.

We do accept exchange. To speed up the process of exchange, we usually would suggest the shoppers to return the items for refund, while place a new order for the exchange items. In this way, the shoppers can receive the exchanged items much sooner than return the items for exchange.

We do suggest the shoppers to read through the details of return policy before place any orders to avoid any misunderstanding. More details about our return policy can be found at:

As for late shipping, we have "Late Shipment Notice" due to holiday break clearly published on our website along with a discount coupon offered. It is assumed that you have read the late shipment notification before place an order and understood the terms of late shipment for this order. These shoes are horribly cheap!!

These shoes are horribly cheap!!! Like shoes you would buy at Walmart but they cost $123.00!!!
They took three weeks to arrive. Ten days after Christmas. They are so misleading when ordering. These are coming from China, not a reputable US company as they try to portray. My daughter was out of town the week they arrived. When I tried to return them, now they are say its is thirty days from purchase. Ridiculous! How are you supposed to order these as a gift and then not be able to return them when they give you a seven day opportunity to do so from arrival to deadline. DO NOT BUY!!! A total ripoff!!!

Thank you for the review. We are a multinational company. Due to lockdown in many countries for Covid-19 pandemic, all orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in China.

Your order no. 305104 was placed on Dec. 15, 2020 and shipped out on Dec. 21, 2020. The total leading time of order processing is 3 business days. As the shoes in size 9 and above are made to order and usually takes 15 business days to ship out, we particularly expedited your order without extra charge, to make sure your shoes are on the way before holiday breaks.

As no deliveries are made on Christmas and New Year holidays, it is quite understandable that UPS (tracking number 1Z4W260E0412534460) delivered your package until Jan. 4, 2021, which left you 10 days to submit a return request before the order is expired for return. It's plenty of time for you to try on the shoes and decide to keep them or not, even for gift purchase.

The shoes you purchased are one of our best sellers. They are made with soft genuine leather and crafted with attention to details. These boots have been purchased by many customers worldwide and no one has raised any issue about the quality. If you don't like the shoes you ordered, we suggest you submit a return request as soon as you received them, instead of dwelling on it for 15 days until the return time is expired.

Terrible Quality. Terrible

I regret buying shoes from you. They smell terrible, and the quality is soooo cheap. Also, they don't look like the pictures posted on the website. I suspected the quality as I looked at Chiko logo on your website, which is so low res, indicating that you don't care about quality. Don't charge so much for super cheap quality. So dishonest, and I wish I could give you -5. I'm planning to return them, but I hope the process is not as complicated as what customers say.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I got my order 12 days from the day I ordered it, but it only took 4 days for them to get to London which is amazing! The boots are beautiful, soft leather, comfortable, great fit. I usually wear 6.5 UK but following their chart I would be 7 or even 7.5. I decided to go with my usual size and they fit perfectly, so I'd say just go with your usual size. So so pleasantly surprised by the quality and shipping time. One negative I would have to say is the smell, they smell like glue and paint but I don't see that as a problem really. Overall very happy with them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I was told were out of stock days later and the email address they used does not accept replies. I wish they would’ve told me sooner they were out of stock instead of falsely advertising that they had it. Also it would be nice to have the opportunity to talk to a representative to see if they will be back in stock soon. In my order their was also another pair of shoes that I have not received nor can I track either.

Please understand that we ship worldwide and the inventory status online can be inaccurate. We usually don't restock the sold out items. If the items you ordered are out of stock, you will get refund in 24 hours.

Once your order is shipped, an email with package tracking number will be sent to you automatically. If you didn't receive the tracking email yet, it means your order is still in processing. You can also log into your account to track the order status and track the shipment of the items if already on the way.

We don’t reply to our customers over the phone as written record is required for our communication with the clients. You can reach us by email or leave us a message online. Difficult return process

The shoes I ordered were not true to size so I wanted to return them:

The returned items shall be received within 15 days of the date your return request approved. 50% restocking fee may occur if the returned package is received outside 15 days time frame. If your return is not received in 30 days of the date your return request approved, your return request will be canceled and your order is no longer valid for return. Please follow the instructions as below to return your item: STEP 1: Please mail the return items in its original package via a prepaid (customer pays return shipping), insured, traceable method to the following return address. STEP 2: After your return is on the way, please click following URL to fill out your return tracking number. If you can not click to open, please copy and paste following URL to your web browser. Without valid tracking number of your returned package, we will not be able to process your return.

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within twenty (20) business days of when we receive your return and your return is qualified for refund. The refund will be credit back to your original method of payment. If you paid with credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your bank statement.
Before you order anything read how challenging this policy is!! They are basically saying it could be over a
month before you receive a refund!!! AND THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER DOESN'T EVEN WORK!! THERE ARE NO LIVE HUMANS TO HELP YOU!!

Secondly, regarding the return processing time, as you have mentioned above, both return shipping time and the time it takes for the money to credit back to your original method of payment are included in the total count. The return shipping time is not in our control as it varies on shipping method chosen by the client to ship back their shoes. For the time it takes to credit the money back to your account, please understand it's the bank who takes extra time to credit the refund to your bank account.

We usually issue refund on the same day when the return package is received, processed and qualified for refund. If you made the payment with Paypal, you can receive the money as soon as we issue the refund. For credit card payment, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive the money as your bank will take extra time to process the refund, which is not in our control and we shall not be blamed for it.

We don’t reply to our customers over the phone as written record is required for our communication with the clients. Most of our emails are replied in 24 hours during business days. Wow I am impressed

Wow. I am really blown away. I have been following Chiko's for a while admiring their massive collection of unique stylish shoes but I hesitated purchasing from them due to them being in China and the unknown of the quality of the product in which I received. I finally bought a pair of stunning shoes and I literally received them in a week at my doorstep in Sweden. I mean wow... and then the quality of the shoes is so lovely. I am usually a size 6 but when I looked at their size chart I ordered a 6.5 and it was perfect. Dont hesitate to buy from these folks. Highly recommend.

i wish i could give ZERO stars

i wish i could give ZERO stars. horrible the shoescome from CHINA
takes weeks to come. SMELL is bad. and the size of the shoes are obviously made for women who had their feet wrapped as children.
so so narrow and small. also no way to get in touch with anyone from customer service. i emailed for a return request because the shoes are brutally tight. and after 1 week received a template email that said my request was denied because the items arent returnable! no where on the website does it say that and I never purchase items I am unable to return. this company is a thief. they charged my card and i have shoes i cant possibly wear and have paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>>> sharon brown

As mentioned in our shipping policy, large sizes (size 9 and above) items are shipped in about 2 business weeks since larger size shoes are usually made to order. During Covid-19 pandemic, the made-to-order shoes are shipped directly from our factories to make it possible for a speedy 4 days delivery by DHL Express. As many countries are under lockdown during Covid-19 epidemic, the shipments from warehouses in other countries are temporarily disabled.

We offer shoes in MEDIUM width only as published on our website. In the size and fitting section on our website, we specially advise the shoppers who need wide or extra wide shoes should not place order as they are not going to fit.

Your return request is denied because bulk orders of 3 pairs and more can not be returned, which is clearly stated in our return policy and published on our website for every shoppers to review before make a purchase. For the first time shopper, we suggest to start with one pair order only to see if the shoes fit well before ordering multiple items.
