Worst service ever they lied to…
Worst service ever they lied to customer by saying items will be delivered in 7/10 working days. It's been 1month till I placed my order and it does not seem to arrive soon!! The shipping number given is fake because TNT did not recognise the tracking number all fake!! avoid at all cost they lied to customer just to rob money from them.

Bien que j'ai reçu assez vite (1semaine) ma commande, je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout. Je porte du 38,5 alors j'ai commandé du 39 au cas ou. Quand même les chaussures que j'ai reçues sont trop petites, impossible de les enfiler. De plus elles ont une odeur chimique très forte et de qualité médiocre pour ce prix là. Le pire est que le retour n'est pas gratuit même avec ces prix élevés ! Je conseille d'acheter ailleurs

I ordered four pairs of shoes and they are really beautiful. However, they were extremely narrow, so I initiated a return. I was told that because I ordered three or more pairs of shoes, they were ineligible for return. That is disclosed on their website, but I did not see that when ordering. This is a ridiculous rule that makes no sense because had I ordered two pairs of shoes instead of four, I could have returned them both for a full refund. I reached out for clarification to Chiko and the only response I received was that they were ineligible for return. Buyer beware.

I put in an order for a pair of shoes weeks ago. The shoes arrived and did not fit therefore i returned them. I was told that i had to return them using tracked post which cost me a fortune to return by. I have emailed a few times now with regards to my return with no response from their customer service team. Even though my tracking number has assured me that they have arrived at your warehouse. I suppose this is my last option at getting some sort of acknowledgement from your customer service team. avoid at all cost. Shoes looked and smelled cheap too.
I tried to enter the tracking number on your website a million times and when I got to the "I'm not a robot" the page just kept on loading. I emailed your customer service team to make them aware of this. They got back to me days later with a rude response saying "just email us the tracking number" so I did. I sent it by email. Are you honestly trying to say that it is my fault that I haven't received my refund? I have done everything you have asked of me. Please check your emails and you will find my tracking number. Horrible company to deal with

I am writing in hope of receiving a reply from Chiko. After receiving your last message, I did indeed go to your website and submit a request properly. I still haven’t received a response.
I prefer to communicate with your company directly but since I haven’t received a response again I am using this forum.
In regards to your earlier comments, I did indeed message you from your website previously- I don’t know why you can’t find it and my feet are not wide. The shoes hurt my feet.

They took three weeks to arrive. Ten days after Christmas. They are so misleading when ordering. These are coming from China, not a reputable US company as they try to portray. My daughter was out of town the week they arrived. When I tried to return them, now they are say its is thirty days from purchase. Ridiculous! How are you supposed to order these as a gift and then not be able to return them when they give you a seven day opportunity to do so from arrival to deadline. DO NOT BUY!!! A total ripoff!!!

I regret buying shoes from you. They smell terrible, and the quality is soooo cheap. Also, they don't look like the pictures posted on the website. I suspected the quality as I looked at Chiko logo on your website, which is so low res, indicating that you don't care about quality. Don't charge so much for super cheap quality. So dishonest, and I wish I could give you -5. I'm planning to return them, but I hope the process is not as complicated as what customers say.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I got my order 12 days from the day I ordered it, but it only took 4 days for them to get to London which is amazing! The boots are beautiful, soft leather, comfortable, great fit. I usually wear 6.5 UK but following their chart I would be 7 or even 7.5. I decided to go with my usual size and they fit perfectly, so I'd say just go with your usual size. So so pleasantly surprised by the quality and shipping time. One negative I would have to say is the smell, they smell like glue and paint but I don't see that as a problem really. Overall very happy with them.

I wish they would’ve told me sooner they were out of stock instead of falsely advertising that they had it. The shoes I ordered were not true to size so I wanted to return them:
The returned items shall be received within 15 days of the date your return request approved. 50% restocking fee may occur if the returned package is received outside 15 days time frame. If your return is not received in 30 days of the date your return request approved, your return request will be canceled and your order is no longer valid for return. Please follow the instructions as below to return your item: STEP 1: Please mail the return items in its original package via a prepaid (customer pays return shipping), insured, traceable method to the following return address. STEP 2: After your return is on the way, please click following URL to fill out your return tracking number. If you can not click to open, please copy and paste following URL to your web browser. Without valid tracking number of your returned package, we will not be able to process your return.
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within twenty (20) business days of when we receive your return and your return is qualified for refund. The refund will be credit back to your original method of payment. If you paid with credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your bank statement.
Before you order anything read how challenging this policy is!! They are basically saying it could be over a
month before you receive a refund!!! AND THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER DOESN'T EVEN WORK!! THERE ARE NO LIVE HUMANS TO HELP YOU!!

My shoes arrived today and they are excellent. I am so pleased with the quality and style. I ordered a EU 39, and I am usually an 8. Would definitely recommend.

Wow. I am really blown away. I have been following Chiko's for a while admiring their massive collection of unique stylish shoes but I hesitated purchasing from them due to them being in China and the unknown of the quality of the product in which I received. I finally bought a pair of stunning shoes and I literally received them in a week at my doorstep in Sweden. I mean wow... and then the quality of the shoes is so lovely. I am usually a size 6 but when I looked at their size chart I ordered a 6.5 and it was perfect. Dont hesitate to buy from these folks. Highly recommend.

takes weeks to come. SMELL is bad. and the size of the shoes are obviously made for women who had their feet wrapped as children.
so so narrow and small. also no way to get in touch with anyone from customer service. i emailed for a return request because the shoes are brutally tight. and after 1 week received a template email that said my request was denied because the items arent returnable! no where on the website does it say that and I never purchase items I am unable to return. this company is a thief. they charged my card and i have shoes i cant possibly wear and have paid for.
