Excellent payroll service
Once an umbrella company agreement is set up, it's all about the payroll. CK's payroll people are extremely helpful and respond just about instantly to queries. Whenever I have made a mistake with my requests to them about deductions they have acted quickly and helpfully to sort things out. Very happy with their service.

Good start, terrible ending
In the beginning, it was really good. Then things went downhill. Late payments, or no payments at all (they forgot to pay). When I contacted them with my new assignment they said all is good I only need to wait for my payment. Started my new assignment and wanted to send my timesheet, but the website won't let me do it so contacted them when they told me they won't be doing my payroll for this assignment with a lame excuse. I gave them 2 stars as their communication is good, but how they treat their customer is really bad. I have been working for a week, but no one actually cared to contact me that they changed their mind.

Unfortunately, as we are a compliant UK-based umbrella company we cannot process your payroll for this assignment as your new role is in Cyprus, which our onboarding team confirmed with you. Your Account Manager, Natalie, also informed your client that we could not process your payroll for this assignment and advised you may be better suited to an international umbrella company.
