Mayra and Russ are the absolute best! They are very knowledgeable and patient with any questions. We applied in July, got the work permit in August and the green card in early December. We were told to wait a year and got it in half the time. We never received an RFE. We recommend CitizenPath to anyone wanting to go through the immigration process without a lawyer, but with the certainty of getting all of the forms turned in properly.

Come back to update my review. I choose the service and filed with them. Application accepted. Interviewed 5 months later, naturalized the day after. Thank you because I was afraid of making errors while filing and chose your service instead.

Unprofessional services, they use outdated forms and no one will review your documents. Their excuse that theses forms are better than new Trump forms!!!!!

CitizenPath is a total SCAM !!!

What a scummy / scammy service. We had already filled out an i130 form on the USCIS website. Before submitting I came across CitizenPath and thought that it was worth paying for the service for someone to check my documents and form properly. The form was the exact same as what we had already entered on USCIS website. There is no physical person checking anything. This is just an automated service, with no human interaction. If you follow the very clear USCIS form (which is literally the exact same that CitizenPath uses) you will get it 100% correct. You literally do not need CitizenPath for anything. They do not provide any service. You are just completing the exact form on the USCIS website, and CitizenPath just emails you a list which is a copy and past of what the USCIS website does, telling you what documents to submit. CitizenPath is just a simple regurgitation of the USCIS website, and you will pay a lot of money for absolutely nothing!

They throw out statistics to alarm you, like " Last year (2024), USCIS rejected about 11% of all I-130 petitions. They went on to deny almost 13% of petitions. " but there is zero evidence that any of those statistics will be improved if you use Citizen Path.

OMG!!! How to start this review when I don’t have the correct words to express how happy I’m because I got to find CitizenPath on internet when I was gonna start my adjust of status process! I still don’t remember how I found them but I did it and it was the best that could happen to me not wanting to expend thousands of dollars in lawyers. Had to start from scratch for the entire green card process. Just got married had to adjust status. There was still a lot of paperwork and steps to be done, but we followed everything as instructed and the process couldn't have been smoother. Multiple questions were answered very quickly and everything went just as they said. From mailing to receiving the green card in the mail was 52 days (accepted in 44). Would absolutely recommend for any who feel comfortable with tedious paperwork and are okay with a bit of stress. It's a very detailed process but super happy with the results.
