Ordered a Wilson junior set. Two clubs broke. Disappointed as Wilson are usually ok. Contacted Charles golf. Was very helpful and sent out another brand of clubs along with a gift card.
Will definitely use Clarkes

Went into the shop to buy some new irons, was helped out by Kenny took me into the fitting bay and helped tweak my swing and advised which clubs would be best - thanks Kenny for your help buzzing with my new clubs.

Just picked up a new Taylormade driver, customer service was superb, had the opportunity to test out a few custom options on their range, hopefully this is going to knock a few shots off my round :)

I have to say their customer service is excellent! Issue with coat (manufacturer issue) and Clarke's Golf sorted it superbly.

Not good. Placed an order over a week ago. Since then nothing but silence. No updates about the status whatsoever. Contacted them. No response. Tried to track my order through their website: it got into a loop. I'm afraid I lost my money. The expensive lesson for me, so you don't have to: to be avoided.

I was fitted for a new set of irons by Andy at Clarkes golf. His knowledge on the full range of clubs and technical data was second to none.

He was patient, not pushing any particular brand and let the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a fitting, Clarkes is a must.

I recently ordered a full set of Taylormade irons a driver and rescue at a bargain price but I was very impressed with the speedy delivery and how accommodating they were when I called up to ask a few questions. I will 100% be ordering from Clarks Golf again absolute stella customer service and super quick delivery.
