I placed my initial order on 12/11. After a week with not receiving a shipping confirmation, I followed up and was told that there was an error in fulfilling my order and they would expedite a new one. I just reached out and was told it was now out of stock. This is nearly 2 weeks since I originally placed my order. I only received communication when I reached out and there has been no offer to send a smaller sized as a replacement as I wait for the refill size to ship in January. I also think it is crazy that to be added to the waitlist you would have to keep my funds as how do I know it will actually ship in January. I love your products but will likely wait to order through Amazon as this is too much of a hassle.

My experience with Better Life products has been excellent overall. I've always been sensitive to chemicals & have used "natural" ingredient cleaners and products for many years. I now trust Better Life to provide products that work without the high price tag or fragrance!

We have very hard water the Tub and Tile cleaner works great on the glass shower doors.

I tried this for pet odors and now I use it for any odors that are hard to get out, pet smells, must, mold. It has a pleasant scent and gets rid of the pleasant ones.

So simple to purchase the best odor eliminator I’ve found. Plus it really works great on stains. I was using it for my dogs bedding. It smells really nice but takes away the doggie smell. When I ran out of my usual stain remover I tried it and it worked very well.

They were out of nearly all the 1 gallon products I wanted to purchase. When you have a big sale, you should have all products available for the sale. Out of the six products I wanted to purchase in gallon size jugs, only one was available.

Good product, but the price is pretty high, even with discount. Wish I could use PayPal, that would have made it faster.

I have been a diehard Better Life fan for nearly 10 years now. I loved their products, but this company has been going drastically downhill in the last couple of years. I went to place my annual Black Friday order this year, and out of the nine products I wanted to order, eight were out of stock! They don't answer emails and have excuse after excuse, when you call. They say their products are in such high demand that they're always out of stock; Then make more product! Also, in the last 2 years, my orders were always delayed, and then damaged when they finally arrived.

I will be finding a different company to purchase from, until this company improves themselves back to where they were 10 years ago.

I love the products. However, availability has been a problem. Please keep your products available on your website and don't force people to buy through Amazon.
