Absolutely the worst company in the world they take money there not supposed to take make you settlement deals then figure out some total fake reason to get out of it they are 100% the worst if you are thinking about dealing with them and you read this dont do it you will be very very sorry

Brandy, a rep at Clicklease, was an absolute pleasure to speak with. The current landscape of customer support for almost every company/brand I deal with today... just sucks. No way to sugarcoat that. You're LUCKY if you get a human being and if it doesn't take 30 minutes or more just to do so. Brandy was on the line within seconds of my call and even after we got disconnected (my fault, not hers) I was able to get back in touch with her and she had a solution already because she went to her manager right after the call dropped. So, I didn't have to start all over... I pay ATT over $4k a year for pure service and I've spent hours just trying to deal with bots and SOP that gets no solution because anyone with half a brain has already unplugged the router, hit reset, etc. Then... you get a human... get disconnected (bc ATT's own cellular service sucks and drops like hotcakes) and HAVE TO START ALL OVER!

Thank you BRANDY! And thanks to Clicklease for having an accessible customer support department who makes notes so a dropped call was able to be rerouted and find a quick resolution. Time. Is. Money. They get it.
