The e-liquid was diluted and instead of nicotine shots I received nicotine salt which further dilutes the product lowering the VG to PG ratio.
I went back to my trusted supplier for the exact same e-liquid. My concerns were justified and absolutely nothing to do with the nicotine shots.

Lazlo, a 1 star review over something we have given you for FREE is insane to be honest !!!
With the shortfills we give FREE Nicotine shots. We do not specifiy which nicotine shots as they are FREE, COST NOTHING ETC.
You got a different nicotine shot than you have had previous which is at a different mix ratio than the ultra thick ones that were out of stock.
You have the autonomy to specify in the order comments if you want to hold for a specific shot but you did not do so and therefore we shipped out your FREE SHOTS to get the goods to you.
If you are in anyway suggesting we have tampered with the main e liquid, this would be ridiculous! We have ordered from the manufacturer for over 8 years and always sold it as it is.... It is VERY clear your FREE NICOTINE SHOT which was sent is the reason it is not as thick as previous as the mix ratio is different.
But it is just that! Something that cost you nothing was sent not the same as before instead of serious foul play that you are suggesting!

They have responded below , but there is no reply option on trust pilot.. no i did not get full refund ( they intentionally scammed me and knew what they where doing) STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR ASSERT EXTREME CAUTION
They ignored all emails of where are my packages until spontaneously we are sending all at once ...knowingly failing to pay state tax that the vendor is responsible for on any export... while i paid 50usd for multiple shipments

*Knowingly don't pay state tax they are responsible for, knowing it would be returned ( despite me insisting refund
* then say high dollar shipping can't be refunded despite the fact , no they never sent items for months , then spontaneous email it's sent all at once
THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WHERE DOING , AND KNEW WHAT THE EXACT OUTCOME WOULD BE

Very disheartening to read this review and would like to note, many of the critical details are not conveyed.
An international customer, whom despite us sending several different orders, some were received, some were not , due to local customs blocking them.
We have arranged a full refund of the goods for the customer, however said customer was not happy and wanted us to front the cost of each delivery which failed to reach him due to local customs block.
As per our terms and conditions this is not possible, 95% of our international shipments are received okay, however as we have no control over the governments of the world and local law, we cannot be responsible if they block an import for any reason.
Whilst we understand the customers frustration, we have done everything possible to get the products to the customer whom refused the latest attempt.
At which point a full refund has been arranged now the products have been sent back to our hub.
Very helpful
My order got lost in the post and had been discontinued so when I asked for help they couldn't have been nicer. I was send an alternative which arrived the next day (Christmas Eve!).

Regular customer
Regular customer, service always excellent the only fault is with the Royal Mail they left my package in my safe place but didn’t put the lid back on so I had a wet parcel, luckily no damage to the contents so all good.
Thanks again and happy Christmas to all at Cloudstix will no doubt be using again in the new year.
