Honestly don't know what I'd do without CMT, they are my go to for all my construction equipment supplies, quotes back within minutes and delivered to site next day, no hassle, just what we all want nowdays.. easy.

Excellent Service - Total Plant Ltd
I have been working for Total Plant since October and with every order I have raised the level of customer service is always outstanding!
Our account manager Rhianna is always great to communicate with and promptly deals with any quotes and questions I may have, This makes the ordering process really straight forwards and easy to use.
Further to this I then receive order acknowledgment very quickly back from Rebecca at sales and even with orders placed after 3pm they are ready and waiting for me in the Office for 07:30 the next morning! 10/10 and above for Speed and excellent service.

Excellent business to work with they go the extra mile
Excellent business to work with. They kindly donated a door intercom system to a local charity I was working with. They didn't hesitate to send an alternative when due to no fault of theirs we weren't able to install the product in the building.
First class customer service, super fast responses and they really went the extra mile/

just wanted to leave a review to mention how helpful & valuable Rebecca & Demi both are to the team, I've had the odd issue in the past with other members of staff / with the online ordering system but now I tend to order everything through the 2 of them, they make it clear what is being ordered, when it will come and notify me of any issues there might be with stock etc (which is rare) both of them do a great job & couldn't do any better in terms of customer service & efficiency, one of them is always back to me within minutes of me sending an email usually. thanks girls
