Amazing customer service from CMT
I have been using CMT as a main PPE provider for my company for almost 2 years now, I have dealt with a few account managers who have been incredibly helpful and always gave great customer service. My current account manager is Rhianna who is amazing! No request is too much for her and she always goes above and beyond, we're very lucky to have her as an account manager!

Great Customer Service
I deal with Rhianna in your office and cannot speak highly enough about the level of service that is offered. Quotation and confirmations are always extremely quick and any issues are always dealt with. She is a credit to the company. A pleasure to speak to and deal with.

I have been using CMT for four years
I have been using CMT for four years. They are the best contractors suppliers by far. Their delivery's are always promt. I deal with Charli in sales. If every person I spoke to on the phone from other companies were as helpful and knowledgeable as her my job would be alot easier. She is a massive credit to CMT!

Great Service All Round
Rhianna, one of the account managers is a real credit to the company, she is always extremely helpful and supportive. The level of customer service I receive on a daily basis is fantastic. Being able to have a next day delivery service is a huge bonus.

Great , speedy delivery of what was needed
I have ordered PPE from CMT a number of times now and they've been great every time. However, I ordered some PPE on line yesterday at 1530 and it was on my door step at 1515 today, free delivery in less than 24 hours! Thats great! Thank you from a confirmed customer.

Impressed by great service and speedy delivery!
We used CMT for a bunch of different items for one of our construction sites in London. The office staff are polite and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Delivery is really quick too and we were impressed they can get pretty much anything delivered next day or even same day on our London site! Definitely recommend and will be using them again, they are great for PPE as well.

Great customer service!
I dealt with Claire Durant for the majority of my order she went above and beyond her role to deal with my issue great customer service and people skills. Claire kept me iformed throughout the whole process and added great confidence in me to shop with the company again. She called me to make sure everything she said had been done and chased up as and when needed.left me with her direct dial to contact for easier contact. Great experience with the company thanks to Claire fantastic service provided.
