My order was #21962. First of many!!

I have to give my review based on the experience from the moment I chose to become a customer. First of communication was to my level of standards, So bravo!
I incurred a 3.5% on top of my payment the next day of the total bill. I don't care if it's $1 or $75 Million Dollars it's the principal.
The Pricing was higher what I have been purchasing from other vendors prior, but Due to the sudden Liquidation of My Private and Personal Life, “Cost of Living” Pressures, Everything Inflated over night! Discrimination at its finest.. Postage and Handling. it was Packaged securely and efficiently Thank You, However just like the Liquidation of My Private & Personal Life, Cost of Living Pressures, My Item arrived later than expected! This is not Blaming or disparaging - This is my observation & I'm being Direct! Customer Service was Fantastic - The Service was Conducted Professionally.. I felt like a 3rd Party did what they could intentionally and deliberately to bring Shame and Stain the Name and Brand of this Business from a Dedicated and Potential Loyal Customer like Me.. I am Not a Hard Person to Please especially when My Bank account now is in the rears Minus -$47. How do you Please a Gentleman with Negative -$47 in his bank account? Thank you Miss Bella - I am Grateful and Appreciative and I acknowledge your Outstanding work!

Good communication

My first order was a small one to see if it would make it (after being bitten afew times from online ordering) that order arrived, within days I placed a 2 order and a much bigger one, that also arrived without any issue. I like the fact that you can see the tracking process of every step taken. Ive since given the website likn to many mates and told them to go through CNVAPES Australia! Ive never used the customer service options as I trusted the process. Ill definitely be a returning customer 🤙

Was a great experience the product was exactly what I ordered and was kept updated about my package. The only downfall was the package was delayed by a little over a week but was out of everyone’s hands.

I am very appreciative of April for helping me with my first ever order...
I had some teething issues with Transport, taking 5 weeks for delivery to my home. Due to new procedures in the Transport side of things.... Fumot and Bang King are the brands I purchased and all have type c recharging to get the most out of your purchase..
