Coapt Opiniões

Olivia was a great viewing agent. She showed us around multiple different houses on 2 different occasions, being very patient with us as we couldn’t decide on which house to pick. She was highly organised and whenever we would need a question answered she was quick to respond. I am very happy with my experience renting through coapt and that is completely because of Olivia’s smashing work.

Matt is a really honest and straightforward person. Very clear and open about the property we viewed. Even though he was working on behalf of the seller and not us, he went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and well communicated. Based on this experience I would use CoApt again.

Olivia was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. made the stress of finding a house much less. Thank you Olivia :)

Chloe gave an Amazing and professional service that is very helpful and clear in getting housing. Especially if it a first time renting. And also made problem solving very efficient with quick replies

Finn was very professional and easy going. Definitely made the house viewing worth while

Viewing 4 houses with Patrick was very pleasant, he answered all my questions, not feeling rushed at all and was very supportive throughout my whole experience of looking for a house with my friends. He made house viewing not boring and great fun when viewing as a student. My friends and I couldn’t have done it without him. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking with Co apt.

We viewed six properties with Finlay Baker and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive, answering all of our questions and never making us feel rushed. Thanks to his help, we secured an amazing student property that we’re so excited about. We genuinely wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. Highly recommend! If you are a student, ask for Fin.

Patrick gave us a great viewing tour of 9 houses that fit our needs the other day. He was so helpful and we all felt really well taken care of! Thank you :)

Our agent Finlay was extremely lovely and helpful during our house viewings, able and happy to answer all of our questions. It was a great experience!

Finlay was very professional and friendly and was very helpful with all of our questions. A great overall experience and it was lovely having a current student who knew all the ins and outs to show us around!

When the student property I have been renting has any issues that need maintenance to come and fix, Chloe F has always been extremely helpful and transparent with the progress of the issue.

Chris is amazing !!! My radiator wasn’t working and he came over to help me fix it and was very good at explaining to me what to do in order for it to work !!!

Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable staff. Moved into a property that had been "deep cleaned", yet had hours worth of unfinished building work. Appliances had not been installed correctly. Doors and windows were broken, some even unsafe and the only noticeable cleaning done at the property we had to carry out ourselves. Extortionate prices for a very sub-par property. I have recently come to the knowledge that many Coapt customers share similar experiences. It's a great shame as had these issues been communicated with us prior to moving in, they could've been resolved in a much easier and nicer way.

The service provided by Elois H was so amazing. She has made this experience for me and my partner really amazing. When we 1st had a viewing our initial flat didn't work out but she was able to recommend us our current flat which we fell in love with and ticked all the boxes for us. Thank you so much

Jessica was great ! Thank you so much !

I had a great experience with Coapt, with a special thanks to Jessica for being professional, helpful and very friendly !!! Highly recommended !

As a university student with little to no knowledge of how to rent a property I was very anxious, I got into contact with Chloe F and she was so lovely, she has been an incredible help to all of us and has immensely supported us in this journey. Thank you Chloe!!

This was my first time renting a student house and I was very confused, but Chloe White was very helpful and quick to answer my many questions understanding responses. Thank you!

Coapt made my the whole process smooth and easy in the sometimes arduous task of moving, Chloe W couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, what a lovely lady.

Really good company to work with when I rented my flat - shout out to Chloe W who helped get my paperwork sorted
