Cold Stone in Pleasanton, Ca was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I telephoned. the phone menu said u must order online. I just wanted information to help me decide what to order. The person that answered did not have much English.he could not or would not tell me about the menu to assist me. He just kept iterating pick up or order online. I called baskin-Robbins.

Honestly, this is some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time, although it's quite pricey.You can tell they use high quality ingredients, the texture is incredibly smooth and dense, not airy or icy. I tried the mint flavoured and it was perfectly balanced, not cloyingly sweet.

My husband and I were at the Coldstone Creamery in Homewood. When we walked in we saw one young man working. As I watched his demeanor he was very cordial with the customers. When it was our turn, his demeanor was no different. I told him what an amazing employee he was. This wonderful young man’s name is Cordell Hilton. I will be back most definitely.

the owner is horrible from the way he treats his staff(kids) to the way he keeps the store. the owner has treated me personally terribly while I worked there. at first I loved my job and making ice cream for people and helping people out, but as time went on I couldn't take how the owner treated not just me but everybody.

If I could give zero stars I would! If your teen/young adult is looking for a job DO NOT have them apply at the new Cold Stone Creamery in Freehold, NJ!! The owner (Abhi) is demeaning, rude, and completely disrespectful to his employees. He is unsupportive, unhelpful and has zero effective communication skills! There have been multiple employees who have quit as well as parents having to come and speak to him about his unfair, poor treatment of the staff. He not only lost a conscientious , caring and responsible employee (my daughter) but us as customers as well!

I tried to order the $50 gift card online to get the promotion they offered which was an additional $15 e card. Their website would not allow me to purchase anything. I tried around 25 times. I called customer service where a rep took my info and said someone would follow up. She also gave me a non-working phone number for customer service and a phone number to get help with gift cards. That woman was rude and didn't help me at all. I emailed multiple times and had to beg for help. I was finally offered 2 free Love it sized ice creams but that doesn't help with my gift I needed to purchase.

I purchased a large size cake from Fishkill NY for a birthday and when I went to eat my piece, there was a long hair sticking out of it still stuck in the inside part of the cake. Clearly fell in there while the cake was being assembled.It was disgusting. I can’t believe I paid that much money for a cake that had someone’s hair in it. I called Customer Service to let them know and no one even responded to me. I was told to leave a message with my phone number and name and the call was never returned.

My 15-year-old daughter worked at the Jeffersonville, Indiana, location for a short time, and we unfortunately had several concerning experiences. During her employment, her schedule was inconsistent and frequently changed with little notice. She was often called in on days she wasn’t scheduled or asked to switch shifts unexpectedly, which made it difficult for her to plan around school and family responsibilities.

On one occasion, she was left alone in the store despite being new and still learning the job, which made her uncomfortable and concerned for her safety. We spoke with the owner afterward, and while she apologized, the situation should not have occurred in the first place—especially with a minor.

Additionally, the required hiring paperwork and documentation for a minor were never completed or requested, and she did not receive the kind of training and guidance we expected for someone her age starting their first job.

I’m sharing this to help other parents and young workers be aware of our experience. I hope the store can improve its communication, scheduling practices, and oversight for younger employees moving forward.

This place is amateur hour! Service was slow and i asked for Rocky Road and got chocolate ice cream and nothing else! Flavor and texture is weird. Save yourself the trouble and stick with Haagen Daz. Its much better.

I ordered a shake and when I picked it up. I was a little bit depressed because when I picked up my shake, it was more like a drinking flavor water., it wasn't thick. It wasn't creamy

They don’t even deserve the star but it made me put it. The store in north canton is by far the worst experience of anywhere. The place looks like crap the big girl with colored hair is licking product off of her fingers and there is like 15 in like waiting while the girls just giggle and take their time and then if you try to ask what is taking so long they are soooo rude. I watched a door dasher come in to pick up his order and they didn’t even acknowledge he was there for long then of course were mean to him also. He he ice cream from McDonald’s is actually better than the wait and product from here

Walked in ordered a shake and they were out of milk. Order two chocolate cones. They didnt have ANY cones. I ordered two bowls an a smoothie. The gal said “Honestly our smoothies are not very not very good” so I ordered three bowls and she asked if we wanted spoons DUH.

Absolutely shocking. I was charged £10 for just one scoop of ice cream – completely ridiculous. On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive when I questioned the price. The place itself was dirty and uninviting, definitely not somewhere I’d return to or recommend. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

While we were waiting for our order to be finished I noticed the our worker making multiple stakes of waffle bowls. The whole time I was watching him ( by the way he saw me watching him) he had no food service gloves on!!! Nor did I see any!!! I’m glad we didn’t order a waffle bowl! Bad, guy serving was not wearing beard or head hair net, adding flavor of his hair to the servings - Bad customer service. Major attitude problem.

I am an elderly disabled hard of hearing person. I called the store at 12:00 to inquire if they had a certain item in stock before I made an online order so I didn’t waste my time. The person who answered the phone would not speak above a whisper. After asking several times for him to please speak up I asked for a manger. He said no, I then asked to be transferred to a different employee, he then hung up on me. I called back and asked his name, I think he said Amir. When I asked him to speak louder he hung up on me AGAIN!!! tried calling back several times and went straight to voice mail. I found out my number was blocked because I used a different phone and got right through. When I got through I immediately asked for a manager. After hesitantly giving me what they said was a manager I very politely asked for HER NAME. She asked what the problem was as I wanted to tell her about my earlier experience. I again just said may I please know who am I speaking to, she then again said what’s the problem, I once more asked for her name, her next response was “WHAT ARE YOU R-T—R-E” and proceeded to HANG UP ON ME AND QUICKLY BLOCK MY HUSBANDS NUMBER AS WELL. When I called the complaint line they of course would not give me the name of the owner or the general manager. Never being told the name of the so called manager I can’t properly report HER and it will be easy for her to deny the allegations unless the call was recorded. If I knew I WAS GOING TO BE CALLED THAT VILE DISGUSTING SLUR I WOULD HAVE RECORDED THE CALL MY SELF. So here we have the Cold stone in Kentlands MD who has employees who refuse to help someone who is hard of hearing and a manager who was on duty on June 21 at 1:00 who refuses to give her name, CALLS A CUSTOMER VILE SLURS, HANGS UP ON CUSTOMER AND THEN BLOCKS PHONE NUMBERS. I WANT ALL OF GAITHERSBURG TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES WORK HERE AND TO NEVER ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. I AM SHAKING AND CRYING TO BE CALLED SUCH A FOUL DISGUSTING SLUR. I SERIOUSLY CANNOT BELIEVE IT.

I want this store called out publicly for HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

Follow up: I was told by general manager that she was having a bad day. WHAT? A bad day, no matter what kind of day I have ever had that word wouldn’t even be in my vocabulary. She told me employee was let go only to find out a little while later that was a lie. So yes they still have employees calling their customers that vile disgusting slur, all this because I asked her name!!

Screw cold stone. They’re mad stingy and overcharged the hell out of my small chocolate peanut butter. There’s absolutely no reason a small ice cream cone should be 10$. Never going back again. Visted the Norton Shores, Michigan store on Henry. Noticed the ice cream glass cabinet had excessive hand prints like it had not been washed in weeks. Also, the top of the display had a layer of grease and dust. So much dust and grease that a finger could write out clearly a date and request to be cleaned. Later, 3 of us 4 got sick and this was the only thing that was common between us that we all ate that day. Also, the mop board tiles are broken. It smells burnt inside. The place is just dirty and needs better management. Next time I will go to the frozen yogurt place across the street. Cold Stone Creamery in Muskegon (Norton Shores) Michigan is NASTY DIRTY!!!!
